Co‑creating with AI inside a regenerative ecosystem
One more piece I want to share openly: these programmes have been co‑created with the support of AI companions.
Throughout these last years I’ve been working closely with AI assistants and agents as creative partners – helping to structure content, reflect on patterns, and translate complex ideas into accessible pathways. In Humanizy, these companions are not hidden ghostwriters; they are visible guides, presented as part of the instructor team.humanizy+1
For me, this is part of a larger question:
How can we use AI and technology to amplify consciousness, relational intelligence and stewardship, instead of accelerating disconnection or extraction?
This is why Humanizy integrates:
Humane Technology – exploring how to co‑create with AI in ways that remain deeply human.
Organic Governance – experimenting with more living, distributed ways of holding roles, decisions and responsibility.
A Collaborative Ecosystem – a constellation of people and initiatives interested in moving from ownership to stewardship and from scarcity narratives towards regenerative abundance.
We’re starting small, with a self‑paced journey and a first circle of founding stewards. Over time, this can grow into more collective spaces: practice circles, community cohorts, alliances and shared projects.

The Stealth Leader: a gentle pathway
In the previous post I shared a bit of my story and why I feel called to open a new chapter with Humanizy. Today I’d like to share more about the journey I am inviting people into (who me? Yes you, you deserve it!).
This is more a pathway to cultivate presence, conscious relationships and regenerative collaboration where you can start where you feel most resonance, walk at your own rhythm and notice what changes.
Those who resonate can be part of a smaller circle with the possibility of evolving into a Founding Stewards Cohort – a first group of people who will help shape the practice and the ecosystem.
One of the first learning practices I'd love to share is 'Deep Listening', since I came across the Presencing Institute and the 4 levels of listening, it changed the way I see, hear and feel the world. This is one of the deepest qualities to transform leadership. We are all leaders of our lives and experiences, we can awake the leader within with a very simple step, listen beyond your mind into your heart. When we pause and really listen deeply, we can all become the sort of leaders that can envision the regenerative stewardship paradigm.
All of this is offered as a soft transition: no big funnels, no hard push. Just clear invitations for those who feel something inside saying “yes, this is the kind of journey I want to explore now”.
