😭🤍 PURE JOY...

Every birthing person should experience a sacred space, that's calm, gentle and loving. Look how perfectly designed our bodies are. Birth is a natural event, that the majority of the time does not need medical assistance. Your body and baby/babies know what to do!!

Two things you need to know about postpartum nourishment...

It does not need to be complicated, but it's so so important. I sometimes make something up for new parents using whatever bits they have in their fridge and pantry. Foods that are warm, nutrient dense, easily digestible and high in good fat.

I thought I'd share simple eggcelent foods you can eat with one hand!

- Scrambled egg on buttery toast
- Ginger fried rice
- Chai vanilla custard
- Soft boiled eggs and sea salt
- Chickpea and eggs
- Eggy crumpets
- Spinach baked eggs

Postpartum food is about easy food that brings you comfort, healing and warmth 🍲
