Behind every safe space that we create for others, is a team that makes time to connect too! A little pause, and belonging. We’re so grateful for this team.

We’re proud to spotlight Kangli and the depth and care she brings to our counselling space

Kangli’s work is rooted in a rich, integrative approach , from the creativity and exploration of Gestalt therapy, to somatic (mind-body) techniques, and the structured support of CBT. She works thoughtfully with individuals, couples, and young people (11+), with a particular passion for cross-cultural and multicultural relationships.

Her areas of support include anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender identity, as well as chronic health conditions and acquired disabilities, including stroke recovery. Alongside therapeutic work, she also offers life and career coaching, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

As a bilingual therapist, Kangli also provides Mandarin-speaking counselling, creating an inclusive and accessible space for Mandarin-speaking communities to feel heard and understood.

Her work reflects compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our team.

Well Done Kangli! 💛

We're thrilled to share this beautiful five-star review from one of Kangli's clients. This is exactly what we're about—creating a warm, tranquil space where real healing happens.

Kangli's empathetic, insightful approach is what sets her apart. She doesn't follow a template; she truly listens, understands, and meets each person exactly where they are. That's the difference between good therapy and transformative therapy.

Thank you, Kangli, for being such a gem and for bringing your whole self to every session. Your clients are so lucky to have you.

You belong here. ✨

Growing up sometimes means growing apart, and that can feel painful, confusing, and lonely.
My latest blog explores why this happens with our parents, and how we can protect ourselves while still staying connected in ways that feel safe and real.
