When I first did breathwork 4 years ago I thought "oh this will be nice I'll learn some new breathing techniques for my hypnotherapy business".

But here’s the thing.

I’d love to help him with smoking and I have a good success rate…

But … if for any reason it didn’t work I don’t want it to jeopardise the magic we created in stopping him drinking.

Lose the faith.

Thankfully since joining TikTok and YouTube my world has opened up.

If you know someone who can't manage a face to face session, we can do this another way.

And it works just as well!

Although alcohol and addictions are my speciality, I love working on other issues too as a nice switch up.

Over the past month I’ve seen 4 ladies who need help fear of flying ✈️

And one of them is currently on holiday not worried about the flight home!

She’d been scared of flying since being a teenager and it was getting worse since having children.

This is why I love this therapy so much, and we only had two sessions together.

You don’t need lots of it!

I’m so delighted for her. ✈️🌍✈️

I'll tell you a little story about this one.

Australian guy, 60 years old, who LOVED his beer!

He described his new bar that he had built in his garden like it was a new born child.

And how much he loved the taste of his first beer going down his throat.

I remember thinking - s**t - I've got my work cut out here.

Then out the blue this week he text me that its been 4 months since his last drink, from our session back in March.

Honestly there are no words to describe what this feels like.

I believe we all have an innate want to help others.

And I get to do it for a living.

Your mind is the most powerful thing, it will do the most amazing things.

Sometimes you just need a little help to guide it. 💫
