The darkness created an enormous divide between me and the baby. It made it agonizing to look into the baby’s eyes, it was impossible to love this baby. It terrified me, throwing unspeakable darkness around, laughing at me, it is pleased with itself, because it has taken over yet another woman. Postpartum psychosis is a serious, critical mental health illness, affecting 1 or 2 in every 1000 births

So me and Mumma are just casually appearing live on TV & radio tomorrow 😆

We will be sharing our story about my battle with postpartum psychosis on the Trisha show on talk Tv at 4.30pm.

Me and Mumma share our story to raise awareness, stop the stigma and bring hope.

I am so pleased and proud to be sharing this episode of Real!

Me and Mum work so hard to get our story about my battle with postpartum psychosis heard.
Recovery has been long and Soap and Hope has helped me with that but after recent therapy I can now speak openly and honestly about the psychosis.

This episode talks about the horrifically sad case of the Clancy family in America. Lyndsay had Postpartum Psychosis and went onto kill 3 of her own children. She is no on trial for murder.

Around 30 mins in myself and mum are introduced to share our story. We talk about the dark place we was in. But then bring hope and light to the awful illness, in the hope to stop stigma and being hope.

First it I want to apologise to you all for being so quite. It’s been an exciting few months!

Through Soap and Hope an amazing opportunity and venture landed on my lap!

Soap and Hope is still running as normal however much of my time will be taken up with my new venture 😆
