Big news! 🙌

At the end of June, I'll be heading to Nottingham to work as a Sports Massage Therapist at the WFDF 2026 Masters Ultimate Club Championships! 🥏

I'm incredibly excited to be supporting Team Ameba 🇨🇿 and Team Guam 🇬🇺🇺🇸 throughout the tournament, helping players recover, perform, and stay competition-ready.

Working with athletes at international events is always a privilege, and I'm looking forward to being part of an amazing championship, meeting fantastic people from around the world, and experiencing the incredible spirit of the Ultimate community.

Bring on Nottingham! 💪

I don’t think I ever imagined I’d end up here… fully self-employed and rebuilding everything from scratch.
The past year has been a lot. Separating from my husband, losing a job I loved, and trying to figure out what comes next whilst being a mum at the same time.
It’s been hard, probably the hardest thing I’ve done, but I knew I had to go back to what I love.
Starting again, building a client base, managing finances on my own… it’s pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. And it hasn’t just been hard on me, it’s been hard for the people around me watching it too.
But I know I’m on the right path.
I get to do work I genuinely care about, help people feel better in their bodies, and still be there for all the important moments at home. That’s what matters.
I’m now working with clients across Hampshire and Dorset, and starting to move into corporate wellness days too, which is really exciting.
It’s not easy, but it’s mine. And I’m not going backwards 💛

Hello all! I’m back!!!!

After a few years away from the couch (apart from a few friends and family) I am back massaging. My premises is in Rebecca H Salon on Bedford Place in Southampton.
