Here we are 👇👇👇

Nettle soup Recipe.
20 servings

1.5 kg washed nettles
1 leek
6 medium size potatoes
1 cauliflower
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 whole lemon
1 courgette
3 carrots
500 g frozen peas
Chop all that up and add to the pot boil on a slow heat for 15 mins

Take a frying pan
2 chopped onions
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon pepper
2 table spoons fennel
Half a bulb of garlic
30 g grated ginger

Fry the onions In mustard oil until Brown then add the spices for another 3-5 mins

When all the spices and onions are heated take off the heat and add the the nettle pot.

Let the nettle pot boil for another 5 - 10 mins

Blend down into a soup and add spices and seasoning what works best for you.

Enjoy my people.
