✨ New Moon Sound Bath ✨

As summer gathers pace and life becomes increasingly full, this is your invitation to pause.

Join me beneath the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon for an evening of guided meditation, immersive sound healing, Reiki and deep rest.

Together we’ll slow the nervous system, soften into stillness and be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, wind gong and other therapeutic instruments, creating space to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.

As always, you’re welcome to stay on a while for a cup of herbal tea, further time to ground & connect 💖

🌙 NEW MOON SOUND BATH ✨

Take a pause beneath the Super New Moon in Gemini and gift yourself an evening of deep rest, release and rebalance.

This 90-minute immersive sound healing experience begins with a guided meditation working with the energy of the New Moon, helping you settle the mind, soften the nervous system and connect with your intentions for the cycle ahead.

You’ll then be immersed in a restorative sound journey featuring ocean drum, chimes, wind gong and other therapeutic instruments, before sinking into an extended crystal singing bowl experience designed to support deep relaxation, inner stillness and meditative states.

Reiki energy will be softly woven through the session for those who wish to receive ✨

As the vibrations gently wash over and around you, many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, emotional release and profound rest.

We close with grounding, integration and optional herbal tea, allowing time to land gently before returning to the outside world 🌿

As we move through the beautiful blooming energy of mid-spring and life begins to feel fuller and more active, this is your invitation to slow down… and take a moment just for you.

Join me for a deeply calming evening of rest, gentle release and nervous system support through sound.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you ground and arrive, before being immersed in a sound journey with crystal bowls and soothing instruments~ inviting you to soften, unwind and drop into deeper stillness.

Afterwards, there’ll be time for gentle grounding, and you’re very welcome to stay for a herbal tea and connect with like-minded souls 🤍
