We have been asked so many times to have some meet ups in the summer holidays and this year we finally did it thanks to a very unexpected but incredibly welcome donation from which meant we could offer these sessions free of charge to all our families - Thank you so much!

Our soft play sessions have been a real hit with all our families and have provided a safe space for them to spend time together and have fun (and eat cake!)

We are already planning some dates for next year!

Huge thanks must also go to the site team and Tracy in the office at Kingsdown school for making us feel so welcome - Thank you!

We have genuinely had the best time this summer ... huge Thanks must go to Kingsdown School for allowing us the use their softplay it was a really fabulous venue! We managed to squeeze in an epic seven sessions for our families current and old!

This post celebrates some of our families who have moved onto school over the last 5 years - we had so much fun catching up with you all - you are all doing fabulosouly well!

For once we remembered to take some photos so prepare for multiple posts in the coming days and apologies for anyone who escaped the camera.....

We've got a brand new story for all our story-timers this Thursday all about a Jellyfish who wishes he could dream! This is no ordinary story time and it is packed full of hands on sensory experiences and activities for little ones to explore. Our sessions are super relaxed and there is no expectation for children to stay still, quiet or even sitting!

We always integrate Makaton sign and alternative communication methods into our stories such as switches and symbols. We have two different groups to ensure all needs can be met so please get in touch if you would like to find out more.

Sessions are FREE and there is always tea and cake!

Our most asked question at this time of year....'Why don't you run in the holidays?!'

Well we are delighted to announce that we have managed to secure some spots for soft play at Kingsdown school this summer so we can still all get together and have some fun!

In recognition of all the families who nagged us in earlier years for summer holiday activities we have a special session for those who have moved onto school as we suddenly realised we have been running for over 5 years now and we would love to know how everyone is getting on!

Sessions will be in the afternoons with specific times to be confirmed once we have an idea on numbers so please contact Elaine to put your name down.

Sessions are only open to families who have attended Chaos & Calm since 2021

Sessions are free and most importantly Elaine will be baking so if you still have fond memories of a certain cake I am sure she is open to requests!!
