Your child does not need to have a diagnosis for you to be able to attend the Lighthouse's autism and ADHD workshops. If you think they might be useful to you- check out the details below.

📣 Lighthouse support groups and workshops.

The Lighthouse team is holding a number of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) support sessions for families in Southend, Essex and surrounding areas.
Your child does not need to have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD for you to join these sessions, they are open to all families.

The NHS Children's Physiotherapy team offer physiotherapy drop-in clinics for children aged 0 to 5.

Worried about your child's movement? We offer advice and support for children helping them learn and develop their motor skills.
We will offer quick screening and immediate advice. No referral or appointment needed.
