Early evenings at our retreat had a particular quality. Movement in the open air, swallows diving and drinking from the pool, the sun going down - could we love this venue more?

Meet the team behind our Cotswolds Retreat — Kim Reid and Sophie Hatton.

Together, they weave two powerful movement methodologies into one seamless retreat experience.

Sophie discovered Pilates at the turn of the millennium and completed her intensive Classical training in 2017, shortly after launching her studio, Pilates Works. Keen to combine her love of event organising and authentic movement she founded Reformer Retreats a few years later. Her retreats are rooted in the belief that architecture and interiors are central to creating truly restorative wellness experiences.

Kim Reid of The Yoga Collaboration is a Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga. After 25 years in senior corporate leadership, she stepped away to follow a purpose-led path, retraining as an Executive Leadership Coach and founding a boutique Yoga, Pilates & Wellbeing studio. Kim blends mindfulness, resilience and insight to help guests slow down, reconnect, and find clarity, balance and calm.
