A little glimpse of this morning’s sound bath at in Southwick ✨

I guided the group through 45 minutes of deep rest and immersion using crystal singing bowls, live voice, shamanic drum, ocean drum, rattle.

There’s something so special about watching people settle, let go and allow the sound to carry them somewhere quieter within themselves.

Thank you to everyone who came and allowed me to hold this beautiful space for you - and to Neil and Marcus at FOUR for welcoming me. I loved sharing this experience with you 🤍 thanks to for bringing your aesthetic brilliance

More sound immersions coming soon…

🌟 Embrace the Wisdom of Reflection! 🌟
As we approach the finale of 2023, let's take a mindful pause to reflect on the chapters of our professional journeys. 📖✨

🤔 What were your standout moments this year? Celebrate your victories, both big and small. 🎉

For me my best times were the successes that my clients have achieved:

❤️ Clients calling in their soul mates,
💰 Clients having “the best financial years” of their careers
🔄 Clients stepping up to their next level of self by changing career, seeing the benefits of having boundaries and feeling new levels of self confidence

💡 What lessons did you glean from challenges faced?

It’s been a challenging year from many perspectives in the world.

My strongest lesson has been in the value of perseverance and resilience

Every obstacle is a stepping stone to growth. 🚀

🌈 How has your mindset evolved in the face of adversity?

So, one of the most amazing things about having your own business is that it’s such a powerful tool of inner transformation. Through the perseverance and resilience I’ve learned a deeper sense of inner resilience and a stronger sense of self than ever before; I definitely know my own mind to a much deeper level.

Transformation begins within. 🌟

Now, I invite you to share your reflections below.

Let's create a space for collective wisdom, inspiration, and mutual support as we bid farewell to this chapter and welcome the boundless possibilities of the upcoming year. 🥂✨

Here's to a tapestry of resilience, growth, and the unwritten stories waiting for us in 2024!

🌟 Xmas Work-Life Balance Tips 🌟

As the holiday season approaches, finding that delicate balance between work and personal life is even more crucial. Here are some tips to help you make the most of this festive time without compromising your professional commitments:

🎄 Set Clear Boundaries: Maintain a healthy separation by clearly defining your work hours and commit to stepping away from your professional responsibilities during designated personal time

🤗 Communicate Expectations: Have open dialogue; If you're part of a team, communicate your availability and expectations during the holiday season.

📆 Schedule Breaks: Intentionally schedule breaks throughout your workday to recharge and avoid burnout.

🎁 Prioritise Tasks: Focus on what truly matters; Identify your most important tasks and prioritise them.

🚫 Learn to Say No: It's okay to decline additional work or commitments that may jeopardise your holiday plans.

Remember, saying no to certain things allows you to say yes to what truly matters.

🧘 Incorporate Mindfulness: Practice mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing or short meditation sessions, to stay grounded and present.

Mindfulness can enhance your focus and reduce feelings of overwhelm.

🌐 Leverage Remote Work Perks: If you have the flexibility to work remotely, take advantage of it.

Choose a festive workspace and embrace the comfort of working from a location that brings you joy.

📱 Use Technology Wisely: Set specific times to check emails and messages to prevent constant interruptions during your personal time.

Turn off non-essential notifications to minimise distractions.

Remember, the holiday season is about experiencing joy in life. By implementing these tips, you can create a harmonious work-life balance

The human experience is not easy and the body stores it all. We have forgotten how important it is to sing, to dance, to cry to shake to yell and to breathe. Not for vanity but for health

Last night I went to the Zu Choir Christmas service - Sophia is amazing btw and is such a value to our community 💕💕💕. She has a wicked ability to harmonise large groups of people with apparent ease and joy and fun. The choir is a joy to sing in or to watch.

Watching them last night I was struck by the joy in the choir that came from singing and dancing - their faces lit up with happiness - I saw how alive they looked.

And it was a reminder - even in the face of a lot of pain going on in the world, we need to dance, sing, cry and shake - not just for ourselves but for our communities.

💜Ever feel like the spiritual magic you're seeking is elusive, just out of reach? It might be because it's hidden in the very work you've been avoiding. Can you relate?

😫Avoidance often leads to stagnation, especially when it comes to shadow work—the deep, introspective exploration of our subconscious.

🙂What if facing those shadowy corners is the key to unlocking profound spiritual growth?

By exploring deeper with, you can reach the untapped potential within the challenges you've sidestepped and discover the transformative power they hold.

The magic you seek is intricately woven into the fabric of your challenges. Embrace the idea that spiritual growth is not just found in meditation or reflection but is equally present in the shadow work you might be avoiding.

This shift in perspective could be the catalyst for a deeper, more meaningful spiritual journey.

🌟I've been there too.

There were times when I avoided aspects of my own spiritual practice, like meditation, because my mind resisted the idea of being diminished. Yet, it was precisely in facing these resistances that I found profound growth. Your journey might mirror mine, and the proof lies in those moments of discomfort turning into spiritual breakthroughs.

Curious to explore the uncharted territories within yourself? What shadowy challenges are you currently facing? Share your reflections below with an emoji 🌙. Let's connect and have an open conversation about how these challenges might hold the key to the magic you seek. Your journey matters. 💫✨

Planning on walking a new path in your career? The courage it takes to step away from the familiar and into the unknown is immense. Can you relate?

Ever considered the personal toll of sticking to the status quo? It's not just about maintaining the routine; it's about the subtle costs that accumulate over time. The missed opportunities, unfulfilled potential, and the quiet longing for something more. Let's explore the hidden expenses of staying where you are.

Weigh up where you are versus where you want to be. Picture yourself a year from now – how will it feel if you're still stuck in the same place? The missed opportunities, the lingering sense of unfulfilment – is that the path you want to tread?

Consider the allure of following your passions, the rewarding journey that awaits. Now, acknowledge the invisible chains – limiting beliefs that keep you tethered to the familiar. Perhaps it's the fear of the unknown, the fear of failure, or even the fear of success.

But here's the liberating truth: Identifying these fears is the first step towards dismantling them. It's okay to be stuck; it's part of the journey.

Once you shine a light on these limiting beliefs, you can banish them, making space for real, transformative action.

Ready to take that action? Start by dialoguing with your higher self. Tap into the wisdom within, and let it guide you toward a strategy for the transition.

The path to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven career begins with this inner conversation.

Feel the fear, embrace it, and then let it go.

Your higher self has the blueprint for your next chapter.

If you often get mistreated in relationships/dating, read this:

In the realm of dating, it's crucial to become attuned to the powerful dynamics at play.

Understanding that people love to the extent of their self-love means recognising that someone's capacity to give and receive love is intimately connected to their own self-worth.

Likewise, communication is limited by one's level of self-awareness, emphasising the importance of fostering introspection and growth.

Moreover, behaviours often stem from the depths of healed or unhealed trauma. It's a reminder that individuals may carry wounds from the past, influencing their responses and reactions. This awareness doesn't excuse mistreatment, but it provides a perspective that can help depersonalise negative experiences.

Remember, if someone treats you poorly, it's not a reflection of your worth. It's more about their journey, struggles, and unhealed aspects. While understanding and compassion can guide your response, it's equally important to set healthy boundaries. You don't have to endure mistreatment, and you have the agency to choose relationships that uplift and respect you. 💪💕
