BLUE MOON 🌕

It is the nickname for the second full moon in one single calendar month.

Because May 2026 started with a full moon on the 1st and ends with one on the 31st, this weekend’s moon is officially a monthly Blue Moon ✨

Last night was absolute magic! 🥰
I had the absolute pleasure of sharing my passion for Crystals, Meditation and Feng Shui.

Thank you for inviting me and to everyone who brought such incredible energy to the room during the “Rose Quartz Meditation” practice.

Connecting with you all was truly special 🔮🧘‍♀️🌿

✨ Doorway: Black Tourmaline for protection.

3. How to practice Crystal Meditation?
✨ Hold a crystal
✨ Visualize and feel the healing light surrounding your physical body and energy system.
✨ Breathe deeply for 5-10 minutes.

WALKING MEDITATION

Traditional meditation is not the only way to find your peace. If you have an active mind, walking meditation allows your thoughts to flow and dissolve naturally through movement.

Next time you step outside, try to walk slower. Notice the texture of the ground beneath you, the sound of the birds and the rhythm of your own heart.

We share this practice during the “Self-love Workshop” on Thurs 16th July 10am-2pm.

This morning I gifted myself this practice, one of my favourite practices to SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN ☺️

* 15 mins: Walk barefoot on grass or sit under a tree.
