“I’d say she’s one of those people who gives everything to the people she cares about.
She has a huge heart and genuinely wants to make a difference. She doesn’t just tell people how to lose weight—she teaches them how to build a healthier life they can actually enjoy and stick to. She’s passionate about helping people understand food, movement and their bodies without making them feel guilty or like they’ve failed.
She’s incredibly hardworking. If she has an idea, she doesn’t let it sit there for long. She’s always creating, planning, learning or building something new because she wants to help more people. Sometimes she takes on too much, but that’s only because she cares so much about getting it right.
Life has tested her more than most. She’s experienced heartbreak, loss and serious health challenges, but rather than letting those experiences define her, she’s used them to become stronger and more compassionate. They give her an understanding that can’t be taught.
She’s resilient, but she’s also human. She worries, overthinks and puts a lot of pressure on herself. She wants to be the best mum, the best coach and the best version of herself, and sometimes she forgets to give herself the same kindness she gives everyone else.
She’s honest and authentic. What you see online is who she is in real life. She’ll celebrate her wins, but she’ll also admit when she’s struggling because she knows that’s what really helps people feel less alone.
Most of all, I’d say she’s someone who wants to leave the world a little healthier and a little kinder than she found it. If she’s helped just one person believe in themselves again, she’d consider that a success.”
I find it so crazy that it knows so much - technology is mad these days 🚀
