Are you curious about mindfulness but aren't quite sure what it is or where to start?
If you've ever wondered what mindfulness is, or why so many people are discovering its benefits, you're very welcome to come along to one of my mindfulness drop-in sessions β even if you're a complete beginner.
Each session lasts an hour and is held either online, in person or in a hybrid format. You'll receive a warm welcome and join a small, friendly group of people, some of whom may be attending for the first time and others who have been practising mindfulness for a little longer.
Together we'll explore simple, guided mindfulness practices, along with a short teaching on a mindfulness or self-care theme that you can begin applying to everyday life. Everything is invitational, so you're free to participate as much or as little as feels right for you.
I'm Hayley Hills, an accredited Breathworks mindfulness teacher. Alongside teaching mindfulness, I'm an ex-primary school teacher, a mum of three, and I live with a long-term physical health condition. Mindfulness has played an important role in my own life and healing, and it's a privilege to now support others in discovering how it can help them too.
As part of my accreditation, I receive regular supervision and continue my professional development through ongoing training to ensure my teaching remains safe, current and evidence-informed.
If you're interested then please see my flyer below with details of my next drop-in session which can be booked below:
