If so, look no further! Our new term of Baby Yoga is offering something special. You don’t have to pay for the full term (unless you want to!) Instead, you can book weekly and join us whenever it works for you and your baby.

What’s more, our Baby Yoga classes are small and intimate, held in a homely setting, a safe, clean and welcoming space for you and your baby.

Come and join us! Classes are in the Fleetville area of St Albans on Weds mornings, 10.45-11.45.

On Sat 9th May, 3-6pm, at The Oak House studio in Old Hatfield I’m offering an afternoon of yoga and sound to help you stay steady and strong. We will practice yoga, breath deeply and rest with a gong sound bath. It’s suitable for everyone and I’d love you to join me.
