How much of your life is being lived through a version of you that no longer exists?”
Most people don’t realise they’re carrying a version of themselves that was never truly them.
Layers of protection. Stories inherited from the past. Programmes built from fear, survival, disappointment, and pain. We wear them for so long that we mistake them for our identity.
Yesterday’s breathwork journey at festival was a reminder of something I witness time and time again: beneath all the conditioning, beneath every mask and defence mechanism, there is something untouched. Whole. Infinite.
The breath has a unique way of dissolving the walls we’ve spent years building around our hearts. It allows us to alchemise old energies, release what no longer belongs to us, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within.
For me, breathwork is far more than a practice. It is a gateway. A bridge between the human experience and the eternal self. A direct connection to spirit, soul, and the deeper intelligence moving through all of life.
This body is temporary. The stories are temporary. But the breath reminds us of something timeless.
And when we remember who we are beneath the noise, everything changes.
