Today’s session was honestly the most fulfilling class ever.

I’m so proud of these two who led the class with seamless teamwork remembering all the moves and positions, and kindly and gently holding everyone’s attention to the very end.

So grateful to have the opportunity to work with these wonderful young folk with Downs Syndrome. ❤️

Wednesday - The Loft

8.30-9.30am
Recharge: Qi Gong

This class is starting to grow! Nourishing, soothing, energising Qi Gong connects body, breath and mind through flowing movements designed to release stagnant energy, tension and stress freeing up space for better mobility, easier breath and a more energetic outlook.

9.45-10.45am
Kind: Yoga

This class has become a beautiful supportive and non-judgmental community welcoming all bodies and minds. Gentle and at a manageable pace with a focus on exploring comfortable movement and breath.

No experience, flexibility or fancy Lycra kit required! This might just be the class for you.

Friday -

9-10am

Move Well, Breathe Well
Complete your week with a welcome respite from busy living. We go with the flow incorporating Yoga and breath to reconnect, refresh and restore body and mind.
