Today was just the most amazing day, and it’s exactly why I love doing what I’m doing. 💜

I had three beautiful clients today, and each one had such a profound experience. The more connected I become to this space, the healing energy of nature and my own gifts, the more magical it feels.

Today was also extra special as I welcomed my first male client — and what an experience he had! His beautiful feedback is below, and I’m so grateful he trusted me enough to step into this space. I truly hope he is the first of many more men to experience this kind of healing. ✨

I want this healing to be accessible to everyone — women, men, and anyone who feels called to it. 🌿🐴

A Sunday morning of Reiki & crystal healing beneath the trees 🌿🐴✨

My lovely client and I had talked about the weather beforehand. Rain was on the cards, but she felt drawn to go ahead — and it felt right to me too.

And yes… the rain came. 🌧️

But the trees sheltered us, the horses stayed close, and somehow the rain became part of the healing rather than something to work around.

As the Reiki flowed, I imagined the rain falling like waterfalls around us — washing away anything that was ready to be released, making space for whatever needed to come next.

And the horses… they stayed with us throughout, quietly holding space in their own beautiful way.

Afterwards, George wouldn't stop yawning. We even found ourselves having completely synchronised yawns — that unmistakable feeling of deep release. 🤍

There is something incredibly powerful about bringing together Reiki, crystals, horses, nature and the elements. Each one seems to amplify the next.

It was one of those mornings where you don't just experience healing… you can feel it happening all around you.

And whilst we still have these beautiful mild autumnal days, I'm inviting you to come and experience it for yourself.

🌑 New Moon in Virgo

Tonight’s New Moon is in Virgo — a beautiful energy for resetting, simplifying and getting clear on what actually matters.

Virgo asks us to look at the little things:

✨ What needs organising or clearing?
✨ What habits are genuinely supporting me?
✨ Where am I giving my energy to things that no longer need it?
✨ What would make life feel a little calmer, healthier or more aligned?

No big ritual needed tonight. In fact, perhaps just notice.

Go to bed with the question: What do I want to wake up feeling clearer about?

And tomorrow, notice what naturally comes up — an idea, a decision, something you suddenly want to tidy up, change, start or let go of.

Resets don't need to be big or dramatic or loud...they can also simply be about being more conscious or aware and be just as effective.🙏

The Autumn Equinox is the one true moment of balance in the whole year — day and night in perfect equal measure. The turning point between the outward, expansive energy of summer and the introspective, drawing-in energy of the darker months ahead.

Sometimes, after we let go and move through a period of transformation, we need to take time to integrate.

This circle is about exactly that — coming home to ourselves, bringing our external world and our inner truth into balance, as the veil begins to thin toward the darker half of the year.

✨ Balance
✨ Alignment
✨ Illumination

Balance — light and dark, doing and being, giving and receiving.

Alignment — bringing our actions into step with our intentions.

Illumination — working with the crown chakra, high wisdom, tuning into our intuition and truly listening to our bodies, seeing with clarity.

We'll move through somatic movement, guided meditation, Reiki and Gaia healing, journalling and sharing circle — in the field, with Pete and George, as the season turns. 🐎🐎
