I have just been thinking about spring herbs, and am reminded of the use of fresh dandelion leaves to control blood sugar.

Well, the snowdrops have already heralded the start of spring and I am always relieved when new signs of life start to arise. There is such mayhem going on on our gorgeous planet that I keep my fingers crossed every year. What a delight it is to watch the spring for another year.

It's spring, and our Jing Fang Family is expanding - it is an exciting process to be growing a JIng Fang Classical Chinese Herbalism School. What a privilege to work with these amazing people and with these incredible plants that help us be well.

Today is Chinese New Year, the year of the Water Rabbit. Even though it seems this year should be calmer than the water tiger year we have just experienced, astrologers tell us there are constellations that predict huge changes. We shall see. I am working on this: whatever it brings, I welcome it!
