A reminder regarding appointments:

We are ALL self employed individuals under one roof, our wages pay our bills like anyone else.

Please respect our time and business by attending your booked appointments OR giving adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows have a significant impact on small businesses and prevent other clients from booking those slots, not to mention the significant impact to the techs income.

The booking policy is clear and is attached to all booking confirmations and reminders, reminders are 48hrs prior to your appointment via text AND email, then there are MULTIPLE ways to contact us to cancel -
