In late September, we'll be moving from our scenic outdoor venue in Fairlands Valley Park to a nearby hall. As a huge part of our mission is to create accessible spaces to practice, we want to hear from you as to where you would like us to be. Is there a space near you that would be convenient for you to get to? Let us know!

Tai Chi Under A Solar Eclipse...
Wednesday 12th August, our outdoor Tai Chi class at Fairlands Valley Park will happen to fall right in the middle of a once-in-a-generation solar eclipse!
Rather than cancelling the class, we invite everyone to come and join us make this moment even more special by doing something very memorable.

For luck and prosperity, this class will be completely free to all who attend!

We’ll be practising Tai Chi from 18:30–19:30, with the eclipse reaching its peak at around 19:15. We’re going to pause the class for a while at the height of the eclipse so that everyone can watch it together, before returning to practice.

You don’t need any previous Tai Chi experience to join us, and newcomers are very welcome.

We'll be starting Tai Chi classes in Fairlands Valley Park for the next few weeks (until we move indoors in mid-September!).
We're open to anyone, of any fitness level, any experience, and any background. Perfect for people looking for low-impact exercise to help boost their strength, mobility, vitality, breathing, and relaxation.
