🏆🌟 SPORTS DAY 2026! 🌟🏆

What a fantastic afternoon we had on Friday at Woodlands View Sports Day! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉

Our residents and staff embraced every challenge, proving that age is truly just a number! From throwing and aiming to fun games, exciting challenges and plenty of enthusiastic cheering, the afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter and a little friendly competition. 😂👏

A huge well done to all our amazing residents for taking part and giving it their all — you were all winners in our eyes! 🥇❤️

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful staff, families and everyone who helped make the afternoon so special. Your support, encouragement and enthusiasm made it a day to remember. 🥰

There may have been a few particularly competitive moments… but we’re not naming names! 😉😂

🎶 Tuesday Afternoon Singalong! 🎶

What better way to spend a Tuesday afternoon than with plenty of music, singing and laughter! ❤️🎤

Our residents were joined by the staff team — and even our Deputy Manager couldn’t resist getting involved! 😂🙌

There were some questionable dance moves, plenty of enthusiasm and lots of happy faces. 🥰🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and made it such a fun afternoon! ❤️

🎶🎺 Music, instruments & a little bit of mischief! 🎶🥁

There’s nothing quite like getting our residents involved with music and instruments at Woodlands View! ❤️

And of course, when the music starts, you can’t expect our staff to sit quietly on the sidelines… 😂🙈

One of our lovely team members decided to join in — and let’s just say they may have slightly misunderstood the assignment! 🤣🎶

The residents absolutely loved it, and there was plenty of laughter all around. Because sometimes the best part of music is simply having fun together! 🥰🎵

Turn up the volume and enjoy the chaos! 😂🎺💃

✨🧖‍♀️ NATIONAL FACE MASK DAY! 🧖‍♂️✨

Today every house has been getting involved in National Face Mask Day — and even our staff couldn’t resist joining in! 😂💆‍♀️

Residents and staff have been enjoying some lovely pamper time, relaxing with face masks and having plenty of laughs along the way. 🥰

We’ve also been getting creative with face-mask decorating, with everyone putting their own fun spin on things! 🎨😆

It’s safe to say there were plenty of smiles, giggles and some very glamorous faces around Woodlands View today! 💕✨

Because here at Woodlands View, we believe pampering, fun and making memories are for everyone! ❤️

There’s never a dull moment at Woodlands View! ❤️ We love making sure our residents have plenty of opportunities to get involved, have fun and, most importantly, do the things they enjoy

🌱 residents getting stuck into some gardening, enjoying the fresh air and giving our plants some much-needed TLC. 🪴🌸

🧁 And then we have our baking superstar proudly showing off the delicious treats from our recent baking morning! 👩‍🍳👏

It’s all about keeping minds active, hands busy and creating those little moments of happiness throughout the day. 🥰

At Woodlands View, there’s always something going on… and sometimes a little singing along the way! 😂❤️

🐾 A Very Important Visitor at Woodlands View! 🐾

We had a rather unexpected visitor at Woodlands View today… and judging by the reception, we think we may have found our newest member of staff! 😂🐱

One of our lovely team members brought their cat in for a visit, and it’s safe to say our residents were absolutely delighted. Lots of fuss, cuddles and plenty of smiles all round. ❤️

We’re not entirely sure what the cat’s job description is yet… but they’ve definitely mastered the “I’ll supervise while everyone else does the work” role! 😂

Thank you for bringing in such a lovely little visitor — we’re looking forward to their next shift! 🐾❤️

🎶🚶‍♀️ WELL… THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY! 🚶‍♂️🎶

Friday’s end-of-week singalong was going perfectly normally… until “I Would Walk 500 Miles” came on! 😂

Before we knew it, our staff had formed a spontaneous marching parade and were strutting around like they’d been training for this moment their entire lives! 🤣🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

The residents were absolutely CRYING with laughter — huge smiles, plenty of cheering and the occasional “That was bloody brilliant!” 😂❤️

We’re not entirely sure what the staff were marching towards… but judging by the residents’ reactions, they definitely need to do it again! 😂

Who needs a perfectly planned activity when you’ve got a good song, a few enthusiastic staff members and residents ready to enjoy the chaos?! ❤️

🎶 When the song says “I would walk 500 miles”… you WALK 500 miles! 😂

What a brilliant way to finish the week! 🥰❤️
