Not getting 8 hours from your BeechBand 100E? Carl has some top tips on charging that might help. 🤍

Every single BeechBand is tested to 8 hours before it leaves us, so if you're not hitting that it could be a simple charging error.

Top tips from Carl:

It takes 2 to 4 hours to charge. Wait for the green light.
Avoid USB C to USB C cables if possible. Use the old style connector plugged into a laptop, computer or non-fast charge plug. Fast charge plugs can overload and degrade the battery.

All of this is in your instructions too, but we know what we're all like with those!

No excuses. Just honesty. We made a mistake and we're putting it right.

An email is going out tomorrow with your updated expected delivery times. We've done everything we can to resolve this and we will not stop until every order reaches you.

An important update for all of our non-EU customers. 🤍

We know many of you have been waiting for your BeechBand 100E and wondering where your order is. We are so sorry for the unexpected delays.

Because the 100E is a brand new model, we've had to make some changes to our fulfilment and production processes, and that has taken longer than we hoped.

The good news: we've already shipped over 1,500 100Es, and everyone who ordered on the 1st and 2nd of July will have had their order shipped already. We are shipping more every single day this week, and by next Monday we will have over 2,000 more on their way.

From then on we will be shipping regularly.
