Journeys By Steam - a very special evening in our Wild Sauna at The Lake of Menteith with Brighton- based Aufguss Master Nick McEwen, as he begins his tour of Scotland.

Have you ever heard a piece of music or smelt an aroma and been instantly transported back in time? During this fully guided session taking in: Curated music, breath work, essential oils and steam manipulation, Aufguss Master Nick McEwen will transport you to six stunning holiday destinations.

Nick says "Over the course of the hour, I'll whisk you away on a whistle-stop tour of the globe, taking in 6 countries using music, aroma, steam manipulation and storytelling"

Happy Friday!
We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has visited our new Wild Sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club* since we opened back in June.

We love our home at The Bay and are overjoyed to announce that the Sailing Club has invited us to stay! 🎉🙌🏻

You may have already noticed that we're making some improvements to our space and in the coming weeks we will have additional seating and our new cold plunge bath and custom built outdoor shower and waterfall bucket 'station' will be up and running which means everyone will have the chance of a cold fix, regardless of weather, tides, anxiety about dipping in open water (or jellyfish 🪼).

*You don't need to be a member of the sailing club (but membership is just £53 for the year and includes £30 credit to use in the bar PLUS there is a generous 25% sauna discount for members!)
