Free Emotional Freedom Tapping Sessions 💛

I’m working towards Level 2 Tapping certification and I need someone for a case study

What you get:
3 x 1 hour 1:1 Tapping sessions, completely free.
A confidential space to explore what you’re carrying and learn simple Tapping techniques you can use at home.

What I ask in return:
Your consent for me to write up your sessions as an anonymous case study for my training
A short review of your experience after the 3 sessions

This is for learning, not paid therapy. Tapping is a gentle self-help tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you’re currently receiving treatment for mental health, please check with your practitioner first.

Who this is for:
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just want to try Tapping in a safe space with guidance. You don’t need to know anything about it.

Spaces are limited to 3 people so I can give full attention to each case study.

I get this message a lot. And I love it, because it tells you what clients actually experience in the room.

Some people think hypnotherapy is all “woo woo”.
I’ll be honest — it can look like that from the outside. But it’s not just closing your eyes and relaxing.

Sometimes there’s work to do.
Sometimes you do work between sessions.
Sometimes we’re on our feet doing timeline therapy. Sometimes we’re boosting confidence.

Have you ever thought about why your brain loops the same thing over and over?

A conversation from 10 years ago. A “what if”. A moment you can’t let go of.
It plays like a scratched record, day after day.

It’s not because you’re broken. It’s because your brain is trying to protect you.
It thinks: “If I replay this enough times, I’ll finally find the answer. Then I’ll be safe.”

But you can’t think your way out of a loop.
The loop breaks when your brain gets the answer it’s looking for. And that answer doesn’t come from more thinking. It comes from reprogramming the pattern underneath.

30 degrees outside and it’s hard to think straight, let alone rest ☀️🔥

With the bank holiday it is a good reminder that you’re allowed to slow down.

Therapeutic coaching isn’t about fixing everything in one go. It’s about giving yourself small moments to breathe, notice what you’re carrying, and let it be lighter for a bit.

So if everything feels a bit too much in this heat, let this be your nudge:
Take the break. Drink the water. Sit in the shade. Say “not today” to the things that can wait.

You don’t have to earn rest.
