Hi, I’m Caroline! 👋❤

You might know me as your Slimming World Consultant, but here’s a little bit about the person behind the scales! 🥰

I’ve lost 5½ stone with Slimming World myself, so I truly understand the ups, the downs, the celebrations and the challenges that come with a weight loss journey.

I’m married with two teenage boys, which means our house is BUSY! 😂 And it’s also a completely sport-mad household! ⚽️🏉🎾🏎️🏆

Honestly… you name it, we watch it! There’s pretty much always some kind of sport on the TV!

I love helping people discover that losing weight doesn’t mean giving up the foods, social life and things they love. It’s about finding a way of eating and living that works for YOU. ❤️

I’m here to support you, encourage you, celebrate your successes and pick you up when things don’t quite go to plan.

And because I’ve been on this journey myself, I get it. ❤️

Don’t be afraid… I get it. ❤️

Maybe life got in the way. Maybe things didn’t go quite how you planned. Maybe you stopped coming because you felt like you’d let yourself down.

But please know this…

You have NOTHING to be embarrassed about.

There is no telling off. No judgement. No awkward questions. Just a warm welcome, a friendly face and the support you need to get back on track. 🥰

Whatever has happened since you were last in group, you can come back.
