I have been a Reiki Master and teacher for over 18 years, offering accredited courses in Reiki 1, Reiki 2 & Reiki Master/Teacher as well as Reiki treatments. The courses are recognised nationally in the U.K. as professional qualifications, available online and in person. I am also a qualified Hot Stone massage therapist and offer a variety of holistic treatments and therapies in and around Stourbridge, West Midlands.

Movement and Music dynamically boost your physical and mental energy by triggering the brain's reward centers, syncing internal rhythms, and altering your perception of effort. This powerful combination enhances motivation, delays fatigue, and elevates your overall mood.

So how can MUSIC boost energy?......

-Hormonal Changes: Listening to a song you love triggers the release of dopamine and serotonin, which naturally energize your body and improve your mood.

-Distraction from Fatigue: Music acts as an external stimulus that distracts your brain from sensations of discomfort or muscle strain. This makes workouts feel less strenuous.

After a long break since Covid, these beautiful evenings are finally returning, and I can't wait to hold space for you all once again.

Starting this July, we'll be meeting on the second Thursday of every month for an evening of healing, relaxation, connection, and community.

These Reiki Shares are not networking events or opportunities to promote businesses. They are a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, recharge your energy, and connect with fellow Reiki practitioners in a supportive and nurturing environment.
