So proud of my incredible, caring members.
Last week we did Macmillan coffee events.
Members made fabulous sweet treats- cakes and puddings and we had shop brought cakes that fit into food optimising perfectly.

My members did show up in the heat and look what they achieved 😍.

2 members achieved their dream Target weight.
2 members achieved their Club 10 which is losing 10% of their body weight. There are so many incredible health benefits to losing that

I am so flippin proud of each of these members 😍
