Wow, where has this last year gone?✨
It’s nearly been a whole year since I took the leap and started hosting sound baths and looking back now I feel so incredibly grateful for everything that’s unfolded since!

I’ve grown so much in confidence, connected with the most beautiful souls and had so many lovely opportunities come my way 💛
The feedback and support I’ve received has been truly heartwarming and one of the most special parts of it all has been the amazing friendships I’ve made along the journey.

I genuinely love doing this so much and I’m so thankful to everyone who’s supported me, attended a session, shared kind words or simply been part of the journey so far ✨

Yesterday I had the honour of doing a soundbath for the lovely Sinéad Shinny
The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming and the session was held in a beautiful Yurt surrounded by nature 😍 you could hear the birds singing and the rain softly falling, it felt so peaceful and tranquil! Thank you so much for letting me be part of your day 💗
