A little update about classes...

From September I will be taking a break from running weekly classes. Therefore, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the amazing families who have joined me at Nourish & Nurture 💖

So much love, care and time has been poured into Nourish & Nurture and it has been a privilege to have met so many wonderful parents and babies at such a special and precious time in your lives - thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your parenthood journey.

Also, a big thank you to anyone who has supported me, through sharing posts, recommendations and encouragement - it is very much appreciated 🥰

I am hoping to possibly continue with seasonal and celebration classes with details of those being shared nearer the time.

I have always wanted the classes to be as much for you as they are for your baby and I hope that every mum (and dad) who came to Nourish & Nurture felt that it was a welcoming space where you could relax, enjoy special moments with your baby, have important conversations and left knowing how much you matter, too ❤️

An extra special morning at baby massage during Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week.

Such a beautiful sense of calm and relaxation thanks to the amazing Emma from . The mums were treated to some reflexology and also gifted a roller ball of oil to take home.

I have always wanted my classes to be as much for you as they are for your baby and I hope that this is reflected in both the content and structure of our classes and all the little personalised touches, too.

I also hope that all the amazing mums that I am lucky to meet at classes know that they matter - not just this week, but every week! ❤️

With a weather warning in place for later and the beginning of the Easter holidays, we may be spending more time indoors than planned - so here's a few wee ideas to help keep your children busy and for you to keep your sanity 😅

In all seriousness though, children (and us) need a mixture of movement, sensory input and feedback as well as focused activities to help calm their nervous system and feel regulated and how much or how little of each one varies with each child.

Spending time being present, having fun and connecting through activities you both enjoy is a great way to spend a rainy day at home together ❤️

The different egg hunts and yoga challenge have been favourites here...hope you have fun trying them out, too!
