Compassion First Home Care

What a weekend! 🎈

Our first promo event at Touchwood, Solihull was a big success! It provided a great opportunity to spread the word that we're now supporting people across Solihull and Shirley with their care at home.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. It was brilliant to see so many of our balloons bobbing around Touchwood all weekend! 🎈

We're back at Touchwood again this weekend, so if you or a loved one could do with a little support at home, come and find us — we'd love to say hello! 🧡

We've only gone and won it again! 📢

Compassion First Home Care has once again been named a Top 20 Home Care Provider by homecare.co.uk for the second year running — the only care provider in Warwickshire to achieve this. 🏆

This award belongs to our team — the ones turning up in the rain, sitting for that extra ten minutes, remembering how someone takes their tea. Always going the extra mile for those we support 🧡

Thank you to everyone who trusts us with the people they love. You're in safe hands, with a local team that genuinely cares.

Our home — head office in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon & Warwickshire 🏡

Come and have a nosy around: the office, the training room, the team… and Beau, our newest recruit, who works exclusively for belly rubs and has already taken over as Head of Morale 🐾

But our favourite place to be? Out in our community, caring for our customer's in their home.

"They're kind people, people who want to help. And many of them go to the ends of the world to help you."

At nearly 93 and living with dementia, this customer relies on his Compassion First carers every day. His words say it all.

"It's not the rich people. It's the people who are rich in love, I think."

There's nothing quite like a proper cuppa, especially when someone makes it for you 🍵

Finding the right care for someone you love is a big decision. Here's what we think matters most ✨

The people coming into your home should feel familiar. Your routines should be respected. And you should always feel in control of your own care.

That's what we've built Compassion First around: Consistent carers who get to know you properly. Care plans that put the individual first. And a team that actually picks up the phone.

This is us. This is what we stand for. 🧡

We're a local care company - our team lives here, works here and knows this community well. That means familiar faces you can trust, care that's built around you, and the support to stay in your own home with your independence intact.

In other words, local care for local people.

The small moments are the ones that matter most ☕

A friendly face at the door. A chat over a cup of tea. A home that feels looked after. That's what we're here for.

Meet Miguel, our Operations Director 👋

"What I really like here at Compassion First is we really allow the customers and promote independence for the customers to achieve their goals and do what they really want."

Coming from a task-driven background, Miguel knows exactly what sets Compassion First apart - care that listens to the customer and puts them in control every step of the way.
