So.. What is Eden Energy Medicine? And what does a session with me typically look like?
Eden Energy Medicine is an integration of many different healing energy and body-based techniques, some originating from ancient traditions that have been recognised for thousands of years. I work with nine different energy systems in the body: it is comprehensive, in-depth work and personal to your body’s needs. These systems include Meridians, Chakras, Radiant Circuits, Aura, The Celtic Weave, The Five Rhythms, Electrics and the Basic Grid.
This weaving together of different healing approaches has been carefully crafted to offer profound insights into the body’s energy systems and to enable energy flow for optimal health, wellbeing, and long-lasting change.
In a way, it’s quite simple: energy is the medicine!
In my sessions, I incorporate a combination of hands-on work alongside offering self-care tools which people can take away to continue bringing balance and flow into their bodies at home. This is a key focus of Eden Energy Medicine: empowering and educating people to be able to heal themselves.

What does a typical session with me look like?
Firstly, after an initial chat through of what is presenting for you, I gently open communication with the body through muscle testing. Muscle testing enables us to communicate directly with the body, discovering what it needs and working directly with the energy system. I then teach you energy tools for you to take home with what is showing up personally for you. On the therapy couch, there is massage, hands on touch and energy work, holding acupressure points and testing to rebalance the body and initiate the deep wisdom and healing within the body. It is non-invasive and a gentle treatment yet with amazing, profound results.
The client’s comfort is paramount, they are in the driving seat of what feels right for them, and communication is kept open throughout.
