Massage works stroud I am a Shiatsu, Acupressure Massage, Core Energy Alignment (CEA: Aura strengthening and Chakra balancing) practitioner. I also use Deep Tissue where useful.

I tailor Tai chi and Yoga exercises for my clients too. I practice Shiatsu, Acupressure massage and Shamanic Soul Retrieval.. I diagnose from a Chinese medicine perspective and work holistically. The HEART Chakra- 'Anahata' -meaning: unstruck, suggestive of its inherent physical and emotional STRENGTH.
Attempting Universal love for all beings- humans , animals, plants etc is the way to support the Heart..
Some simple exercises and chinese medicine references too.
And as previously mentioned..fill your own heart 'cup' first then this fullness can flow more easily to others No rescuing required
