I didn’t expect my first experience with chia pudding to be this enjoyable! I used a strawberry and milk blend as the base for soaking the chia seeds, and it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts I’ve had.

I refrigerated it for 24 hours to let it fully set, and the texture was perfect. Definitely making this again!

Adding more veggies to our family meals has made life so much easier. Instead of constantly wondering what protein, vegetables, and carbs to cook for each meal, I simply focus on getting plenty of veggies onto the plate.
