It’s been a wonderful couple of weeks, a beautiful and much needed family holiday followed by a wonderful opportunity to collaborate, rehearse and perform with a gorgeous bunch of very talented and creative humans…💕. Back to work now, I look forward to seeing you all in class soon!

Dancing for me at this age is a wonderful feeling and I especially enjoyed the delights of Lucy Potter’s sensitive choreography for Shirley Pitts. Thank you 🙏

I am so grateful to still be dancing at this age! I never thought I would, so am truly blessed with the opportunities that have arisen. It also is so wonderful to be teaching both Ballet and Pilates to clients of all ages. Keep moving while you can!

All my classes are Teddington based…

Adult Ballet - Monday 7.15pm and Thursday 10am at TDS

Pilates -Tuesday 6.30 and 7.30pm, Wednesday 10am and Saturday 9.30am at Teddington Methodist Church.

Also Chair Based Pilates -Tuesday 10am and Thursday 11.15am at Elleray Hall Community Centre.
