Oh yes! So the lads have started on the garden - sheds down and half the trees have gone.

When you come for your treatments please accept my apologies that it looks like a bomb site out front!

I can promise it will be worth it when you’re lying in the sunshine getting your Reflexology in the garden 🥰🥰

Happiness is a consequence of doing certain things (and not doing other things). Join me in being mindful this month and try to complete the task each day. I know it will be worth it.
