For the last couple of weeks I have been feeling exhausted and quite run down. It’s been coming in waves - one minute I don’t feel too bad then it hits me and I need to rest - immediately! 

Also the dreams are wild right now! 🤪

The interesting thing is that there are lots of you who are experiencing the same thing and I don’t think this is a coincidence.

The Schumann Resonance hit 54!! 😳Considering the base line is 7 it’s no wonder us highly sensitives are feeling it! 😬

It’s no coincidence that Mother Nature is responding with with wildest weather right now! 

If you are feeling this too, it’s so important that you give yourself space to rest as much as you can.

Drink lots of water and ground in nature wherever possible - do what feels good for you. 💚

Trust that this is all happening for our highest good and that more light is coming into our bodies to assist with our upgrades and to transmute all the darkness. 💫

I walked into Kingston last night to meet Stuart and witnessed this beautiful Coot building her nest from our rubbish! It made me so sad! 😢

We must do better to protect our wildlife!

Then less than 5 mins later, just round the corner, I witnessed another beautiful Coot feeding her very new babies, 😍what a privilege it was to witness this but it made me so sad that as humans we are not doing more to protect our wildlife!

How is our rubbish ending up in the Thames for birds to make their nests??!! 🪺

It is everyone’s responsibility!

I often see rubbish floating down the river and wish I could fish it out.

Is there a way we can do this? Maybe poles along the riverside to fish out stuff at the bank?

Any thoughts welcomed.

April’s Radiant Goddess Circle - we sent healing to our brothers and sisters in the world who are going through a tough time right now. 🧡

It was also a reminder that although we are in the midst of a big purge both collectively & individually, this is the time to bring in the energy of the ‘new’.

As Lee Harris shared this month, “Doing new things gets you in the slipstream of new energy.

Try a new path, say yes to an invite you’d normally would say no to - even take a new route to work. this gets us out of the ‘death of the old ‘ energy and into the energies of creating the new! “

We have such an amazing opportunity to create a brand new life and a brand new world right now and this will come from the energy of the ‘new’.
