This weekend a beautiful new Energy Healer was born! 💫🤍

Lucy spent the day with us, learning how to keep her energy field protected and clear so that she can channel pure source energy to help other people, while keeping herself and her clients clear & protected during her sessions. 💫

Lucy also received a full deep clearing from us before she was attuned to Reiki 2.

The afternoon was all about intuitive hands on practice and Loraine and I were so fortunate to receive some very powerful healing from Lucy ourselves! 😍💫

My first comment after Lucy had disconnected from me was, “Wow babe you really Reikied the s**t out of me!” 😂😍

Showing you how powerful you really are and how you can channel this pure energy to help others, really is the most rewarding thing ever and then to be on the receiving end was extra special! I am so unbelievably grateful to get to do this work!! 🥰

When some of you first come to see me you are often feeling anxious and overwhelmed with what is happening in your life at that moment.

I have totally been where you are, feeling like you will never feel happy again or that life is just not bloody worth all the stress. Feeling like it’s all just doom and gloom out there in the ‘real’ world!!!

About yesterday…

We have nearly 100 years worth of experience of Energies between the 4 of us - but we were totally blown away and in complete awe of the powerful shifts that happened for our ladies yesterday in that room ❤️

The group field was held in PURE LOVE and THAT is what does the work of clearing negative, misqualified, energies.

There is no power that is stronger than LOVE!!! ❤️

Energies were released that have kept people small and stuck for so many years!

Energies that we don’t even know we’ve been walking around with, possibly even since even childhood or previous lives, came up and were released into the light! ❤️💫

Words cannot describe how incredibly grateful we are to Loraine Tarling for sharing her life changing work with us and everyone there yesterday!!

I had such a wonderful 5 days away by the sea with Stuart. 🥰

Choosing to stay in the UK this time seems like it was the best decision, also our country is so bloody beautiful. ❤️

5 days of gorgeous sand, sea, sunshine (mostly), dogs, birds, swimming, walking, sleeping and eating fab food. 🥰

Bournemouth you stole our hearts! We will be back! 😍🏖️🐾❤️

I am feeling SO incredibly grateful for making it to 55. ❤️

I love a good Birthday reflection & the change from 45 - 55 is insane!! 🤪 so this birthday, I decided to have a chat with my younger self….👉🏼

I held a photo of young Em & had a beautiful chat with her. 💖

I wanted to show her how wonderful her life was going to be and that she was safe & that it was all going to be even better than she could ever imagine.…👉🏼

I wanted to tell her about all the amazing people she’d meet & the incredible circle of women she will have in her life. ❤️👉🏼

I wanted to tell her that it was okay to be different and that she’ll still be loved, perhaps even more so for being ‘special’!

That she didn’t need to try & fit in & that she is allowed to say “no” to things she doesn’t want to do, without having to make excuses & without the fear of being judged or not loved! 👉🏼

That she isn’t responsible for everybody else’s happiness & it isn’t her job to fix anyone else‼️

That not everyone will like her & that’s okay! The people that do are her people! 🥰👉🏼

I wanted to tell her that her body needs to be honoured & loved and respected by herself so others do the same‼️

To love herself so deeply that who she chooses to share her life with will love her like that too! ❤️👉🏼

That all the ‘bad’ days are just temporary & will pass.

That in fact they aren’t ‘bad’ but just lessons & feedback that maybe a gentle pivot or a bloody huge change needs to happen‼️👉🏼

To slow down regularly & to listen to her inner guidance and what makes her happy. 💖

To follow the threads of joy like being with animals & being in nature, as these are home for her & will nurture her soul. ❤️👉🏼

That there is so much to look forward to, but that today, in the moment, is actually what’s important!! ❤️

Maybe most important of all that Magic is real!!! 💫☺️🙌👉🏼

So today I celebrate my 55 years on this beautiful planet & all the beautiful people & animals I get to love, including the ones I haven’t met yet! ❤️👉🏼

Thank you for being a part of my journey even if I’ve not met you yet & please, please know this….

Today was our first zoom and it filled my heart with so much bloody joy!!!! 🥹❤️

To get to show others that Magic is actually real and how you can tune into it, is just the MOST amazing gift ever and to get to do it for family is priceless!!! 🥰

WE ARE SO SORRY!!!
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Due to an unscheduled family emergency we have decided to cancel tonight's online Goddess Circle.

I'm gonna be honest.... it's me(!)

Em and I were chatting this morning and she made the unprecedented suggestion that we cancel the Circle.

UNHEARD OF.....

Take something OFF the overflowing plate?!!

WHAAAAAAAT?!
...but the relief was palpable.

I just can't be everywhere I need to be doing all the things I need to do so a BIG shout to my lovely friend, sister from another mister, partner in crime and - oh yeah, business partner!!

For showing me the love and kindness we really should be better at showing ourselves.

You're a corker and I love you.

So the message is, you can give yourself a break, take something off the list and look after yourselves.
