Learning Reiki was the beginning of my incredible life changing, Spiritual journey and has given me some of the most amazing & Magical experiences along the way!

This was one of those experiences that I will never forget! ❤️🐾

When I left my ex-husband in 2016 I couldn’t take my beloved Dog Alfie with me and it totally broke my heart! 💔🐾

I would secretly check in on him with neighbours and friends and of course connected with him through distant Reiki. But I missed him so much!

Then one day, I taught Reiki 1:1 to a beautiful & very magical lady, also called Emma, who happened to be a Medium.

During the course of the day, Alfie came through to her and amongst lots of mindblowing messages showed her our favourite game together. 😱

She said he was showing her
something round with a hole in the centre and he kept throwing his head back.

Emma said it was our favourite game together, and this completely blew me away 😳 because as you can see from the last photo in this reel, he used to wear his frisbees like a necklace, picking them up and throwing them back over his head once he caught them! 😱

There were so many other messages that came through from him that day, but the main one was that he had come back home to me and he was now going to help me with some of my healing sessions, especially the dog ones. 🥹❤️💫

After making some enquiries, I found out that he had sadly passed over a few weeks before…but now he was back home where he belonged by my side. 🥹❤️🥹

He was an old boy now walking around slowly, but so happy to just snuggle up and be back home with with with me. ❤️

Of course as soon as Stuart got home that night, I told him we’ve got a new Dog, he was very excited but also very confused when he couldn’t see one, so I explained that it was a spiritual Dog and that Alfie had come back home. Stuart’s first response was “Brilliant at least it will be cheaper with dog food. “😂🤦‍♀️Cont’d in comments….

Personally, I started by getting rid of 3 things that were holding me back…

1. My womb
2. My Husband &
3. My job

They they were all making me miserable which means they weren’t serving me - so I got rid of them all. 👋

Okay, that might sound a bit drastic and yes it is and it wasn’t easy, so I’m in no way advising anyone should start ending marriages, jobs or undergoing Major surgery!

BUT……

What’s the harm in taking a look at what is going on in your life that is not making you smile on a daily basis?

When I was going through this, I didn’t have the love and support of the amazing group of women I have in my life now, so please hear me when I say…

you - do - not - have - to - go - through - this -alone!
