Spring has officially arrived in the Northern Hemisphere as Autumn falls upon the Southern. The sun is shining here and it feels remarkably warmer today, yay! My favourite time of year…

At the Equinox day and night become equal, symbolizing a balance between these two universal forces and a time of transition.

We are reminded of the interplay between light and dark, highlighting life's dualities – yin and yang. Today presents an opportunity to honour both forces as equally necessary.

Society has taught us to fear the dark, yet it’s at the darkest times during our lives – “The Dark Night of the Soul,” that we discover our light, birthing profound personal transformation in the process.

I have been reading more and more of late about endarkenment and how it is our path to enlightenment and wholeness. In order for humanity to calibrate to the ascending consciousness of these times, we must first individually and collectively reintegrate the dark back to the light, restoring a state of unity and balance within and so without.

If we each take responsibility for our shadow selves, bringing them home to our hearts with compassion, the potential of these times will bring profound rebirths and new beginnings…
