Nail fungal is no joke, can present in all different forms, start from an infection or a trauma to the nail.. over the counter treatments 95% of the time don’t work. We are not curing the existing damage, but can help the nail look better while on a journey, the aim is to prevent the infection/damage spreading so we need to remove the damaged nail that has lifted and help the new nail start a healthy regrowth.. in a lot of cases antibiotics are needed however not always suitable for the individual. I use a specific product to reconstruct a false nail while the nail bed can be treated safely alongside and help create summer ready feet so you don’t feel you have to hide away.. if you’re anything like me this time of year flips flops are our best friend ☺️
