Last night was pure magic, 84 amazing members came together to celebrate our Diamond Target Members 💎✨. The room was full of sparkle, laughter, and pride, every one of you shining bright! 🌟
And guess what? For June, our fabulous Sutton group lost a total of 438lb - that’s 438 colourful beach balls rolling away into the sunset! 🏖️🌞❤️💪
Each pound represents courage, confidence, and choosing YOU 💛.

✨🌟 Seven Stone Lighter - and Loving Life Again 🌟✨️
Two years ago, this amazing member Susan Dewey could never have imagined the life she’s living today. After years of weight struggles, lockdown challenges, asthma, high blood pressure and low confidence, she took a brave step and joined my Slimming World in Sutton with Caroline group with her husband Gary Dewey and everything changed💛
With Food Optimising, the support of group and a determination to prioritise her health, she’s now seven stone lighter🎉, medication reduced, asthma under control and confidently walking 5k. 👗She’s wearing clothes she hasn’t fit into since her twenties, gardening with ease💐, walking her dog🐕 and enjoying adventures away in her caravan.
🤩 Her confidence has blossomed, she’s rejoined social activities, even joined a choir, and she’s excited for an active, joy‑filled retirement. 🥳
🥰 Most beautifully, she’s staying with our group to support others on their journeys too. 🥰

Stop the scroll! Together, mum and daughter duo Susan and Holly have lost a jaw-dropping 18st 13.5lbs (120kg) – and have been named our Two Together 2026 winners 🥳.

Both Susan and Holly had struggled with their weight for years – Holly says she’d been overweight for as long as she could remember, while Susan says she struggled to manage her weight after having her children. Rather than risk complications or side-effects from medication or surgery, the pair decided to join Slimming World and make a positive change to their lives 🤗.
