Emotional Freedom Techniques is a very gentle technique that involves tapping on meridian points (pressure points) like acupuncture but without the needle. It helps to release emotions. There’s no pressure to "fix" anything, just space to process.

I'm offering a few free 30-minute in-person sessions at weekends:
* Available every weekend
* 30 minutes, one-to-one
* Just 3 spaces available

No experience needed, no judgement here - just come as you are.

I'm going to be hosting a live Q&A soon over on Instagram or Facebook Live - maybe both! This is for you if you have any questions that have come up that you'd like a human to answer.

No pressure to have your camera on. No pressure to speak at all, if you'd rather just watch and absorb.

Comment "YES" below and I'll make sure you're notified when the next one's happening. ✅

Are you finding it difficult to express how and what you're feeling?
Maybe you don't know what tools are available and which ones help with regulation?
Do you feel like no one gets it, or understands, or is listening to you?

Let's have a consultation to see what the best tools are for you, which strategies are needed, and even add some more tools to your pocket.

I'm running some free 30-minute consultation calls where we'll chat through emotional regulation techniques that actually fit real life, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
* Evenings only, 7pm–9pm
* Running across 3 evenings per week
* 4 spaces available

These calls are person centred, and will focus on and be tailored to the individual.

Comment "CALL" below and I'll be in touch to find a time that suits you.

🎧 Have you listened to Rebecca’s episode yet?

Rebecca Duffus, autism specialist, author and advisory teacher, joins me on the podcast.

This is her lived experience, and here’s what we can take away from her story:

➡️ Understanding your needs, strengths, and challenges as an autistic person matters far more than any label on its own.

➡️ When talking to a child or young person about being autistic, watch your language: swap “you’re autistic, but…” for “you’re autistic, and…” to keep the message positive.

➡️ There’s no single “right” way to tell a child they’re autistic. Take their lead, choose a comfortable setting, and drip-feed information over time rather than delivering it all at once.

➡️ Connecting with other neurodivergent people both online and in person, is strongly linked to wellbeing and self-esteem.

➡️ Every autistic person’s experience is different. When you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve only met one.

What has resonated with you most from her story and experience? I would love to hear your thoughts.
