For tonight’s Deep Forest Sanctuary session, we are elevating our ceremonial cacao ritual with something truly special: raw, unpasteurized Pine & Fir tree honey.

Unlike regular honey made from flowers, this rare honey is crafted by bees in the heart of Greece's ancient forests. It has a deep, rich, woody sweetness that pairs perfectly with the warmth of our spiced cacao—bringing the essence of the trees straight into your cup. 🪵✨

When was the last time your mum truly rested?

Watching my mum relax during Deep Forest Sanctuary got me thinking...

As children, we rarely notice everything our mums do for us.

The sleepless nights. The worrying. The encouragement. The way they somehow hold everything together, even when they're struggling themselves.

It's only as we get older that we begin to see it.
Not just our mum...
But the person behind the role.

Seeing her lying here, completely relaxed, reminded me how rarely many mums give themselves permission to pause.

Not because they've earned it.
But because they deserve it.

If you're lucky enough to still have your mum in your life, give her a hug, make time for a coffee, take her for a walk, or simply tell her what she means to you 💚

We spend so much time looking for things to do that we sometimes forget how good the simple things can be.

A walk.
A conversation.
A bit of fresh air.

No tickets. No booking. No pressure to be anywhere.

Just time spent outdoors with people you love.

Every time I go for a walk like this, I'm reminded that some of the best moments are often the ones we don't plan.

Deep Forest Sanctuary is an evening designed to help you step out of the noise and into something softer.

Think low lighting, gentle music, natural scents, and space to fully relax. You will be served a mug of ceremonial grade cacao with a side of our Woodland Berry bites to warm and ground you, with small touches inspired by nature woven throughout 🌿

Everything is set up for your comfort — mats, blankets, cushions, eye masks. Nothing to think about, nowhere else to be.
