Slow down. Look around.

What do you notice?

The different shades of green.

The textures beneath your feet.

The way the landscape changes as far as your eyes can see.

Sometimes we don't need to go looking for something extraordinary.

Sometimes we just need to pause long enough to take in what is already in front of us. 🀎

Does anyone else find it difficult to relax when there are still things waiting to be done?

You finally sit down, but your mind is already thinking about what comes next.

The jobs. The messages. The things you haven't finished. The things you might have forgotten.

But maybe rest isn't something we need to earn once everything is done.

Maybe the list can wait.

Maybe, for a little while, you can put down everything you're carrying and simply enjoy the warmth of your drink.

Take a breath.

You are allowed to pause.

Let this moment be enough πŸ€ŽπŸ’š

Love the person you see in the mirror.

The one who gives so much to everyone else.

The one who is always there. Always helping. Always trying. Always carrying more than they probably realise.

Give that person your time too.

Be kind to them. Let them rest. Listen when they're tired. Protect them from burnout. Give them the same patience you give to everyone else.

Because you deserve to be cared for by you too.

And sometimes, the person who needs your attention most is the one looking back at you. πŸ€ŽπŸ’š

We move through so much of life without really noticing it.

The rain on a blade of grass. The movement of the wind. The feeling of warmth in your hands. The first taste of something you love.

Maybe slowing down isn't about doing less.

Maybe it's about being there for what you're already doing. 🀎

A little piece of The Art of Letting Go to take home. 🀎

Each piece has been handpainted for our guests, making every one a little different.

But the artwork is only half of it.

On the back is a gentle reminder to return to whenever life feels a little heavy. Something to keep nearby, read when you need it, and perhaps remind yourself that you don't have to carry everything all at once.

I wanted the gift bag to be more than a collection of things.

I wanted it to continue the feeling of the evening.

A little reminder to pause.

To soften.

To breathe.

And, when you're ready, to let go. 🌿

A little something to take home with you... 🀎🌿

Every guest joining us for The Art of Letting Go will receive a carefully curated gift bag to continue a little piece of the experience at home.

I'm keeping the contents a surprise for now, but every item has been chosen with the same intention as the evening itself.

Something to notice.
Something to savour.
Something to remind you to slow down.

If you've been thinking about joining us, this is your little reminder to save your space.

Bookings close tomorrow, Friday 21st August at 5pm.

This gives us the time we need to prepare everything by hand and make sure each guest's experience is ready with care.

Don't miss out on your little piece of The Art of Letting Go. πŸŒ™πŸ€Ž

There is something deeply comforting about a warm cup of cacao. 🀎

Earthy, rich and naturally full of character, cacao has been enjoyed for centuries as something to savour, connect with and slow down over.

But at Deep Forest Sanctuary, it's more than what's in the cup.

It's the warmth in your hands.

The gentle aroma as you bring the cup towards you.

The sweetness of a seasonal treat.

The glow of candlelight.

The stillness.

The connection.

And the invitation to slow down enough to actually notice it all.

A moment to soften.

A space to reconnect.

An evening to come back to yourself.

Come for the cacao. Stay for the exhale.

Join us for The Art of Letting Go, an immersive, nature-inspired sensory wellbeing evening at Deep Forest Sanctuary.

THE ART OF LETTING GO 🌲

What if, for one evening, you gave yourself permission to put everything else down?

Deep Forest Sanctuary is a deeply relaxing sensory experience created for those who feel like they could simply use a moment to pause, breathe and come back to themselves.

We'll spend the evening slowing down through the senses, with:

🀎 Heart opening ceremonial grade cacao from the amazing Kakao Tribe β€’ Pure Ceremonial Grade Cacao

🌿 An home-made seasonal Plum & Rosemary Polenta Cake, created especially for the experience

πŸ‘ƒ A guided sensory tasting, inviting you to notice the aromas, flavours and textures of the cacao and cake

πŸ•―οΈ A deeply relaxing guided meditation surrounded by candlelight, soft music and the atmosphere of the Deep Forest Sanctuary

πŸ’š Time to simply be, without needing to achieve anything

This isn't a workshop where you need to talk, perform or share anything personal.

You can simply arrive as you are.

Come on your own or bring someone with you. There is no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

The secret is finally out... 🀎

We've been quietly working behind the scenes on the sensory treat for our next Deep Forest Sanctuary.

Meet our Plum & Rosemary Polenta Cake.

A soft, golden polenta sponge, layered with juicy plums gently marinated in honey and rosemary, bringing together sweetness, earthiness and a delicate herbal warmth.

Every ingredient has been thoughtfully chosen and carefully balanced, creating a cake that feels seasonal, comforting and just a little unexpected.

And this isn't being served alone...

We've paired it with heart opening ceremonial grade cacao from the amazing tribe, creating another sensory pairing for you to slow down and experience.

You'll be invited to taste each element on its own, notice what you can feel and taste, and then experience them together.

Because The Art of Letting Go isn't about rushing through the moment.

It's about giving yourself permission to pause.

To notice.

To savour.

And eventually... to let go.

The cake has been revealed.

Now I'm keeping the rest of the evening for you to experience. 🀎

"I've been to a mindful eating experience before...
..but today was nothing I'd experienced before."

When I heard those words, I had to pause for a moment.

Because this has never been about simply serving speciality coffee and homemade cake.

It's about slowing down enough to notice.

To notice the aroma before the first sip.

The brightness of the lemon before taking another bite.

How the coffee changes the cake... and how the cake changes the coffee.

To notice the sounds of the woodland, the creaking of the trees, the tiny details we'd normally walk past.

Moments like these remind me why I started Cuppa Love.

Thank you for trusting me with your morning. πŸ€ŽπŸ’š
