Hello beautiful souls, I am Jamie-Leigh, and I’m beyond excited to reconnect with you and share some big changes in my journey and my work.

As many of you know, I’ve been on a deep path of healing recently. Through this death/rebirth process, I’ve deep dived into healing my inner child, integrating my shadow and dissolving the illusions in which my ego had me bound. Doing this work has allowed me to become a more aligned, authentic version of myself.

With this transformation, I’m stepping into my new identity as The Light Priestess. This rebrand is more than just a name change; it’s a reflection of my commitment to supporting others through their own journeys of healing, self discovery, and spiritual awakening.

As I’ve dived deeper into shadow work, inner child healing, and my role as an energy healer, I realised that my brand needed to grow alongside me. The Light Priestess represents the balance between light and shadow, honouring all parts of ourselves with compassion. I’m here to guide you as you walk your own healing journey, whether it’s through my meditations, new shadow work journal, or future offerings.

Going Forward I will be sharing more resources, personal insights, and tools to help you nurture your inner child, deep dive into shadow work, and step into the most empowered version of YOU. Samhain Blessings 🙏🏽

On the eve of Samhain, when the veil is at its thinnest, we have direct access to all those that walked before us.

In the midst of patriarchal conditioning, we have lost the true meaning of Samhain and its origins.

Let’s wake the witches, the shamans, the healers and the priestesses, as we gather in sacred ceremony to honour all those that have walked before.

Samhain is a beautiful time to create an ancestral altar, offering gifts in return for wisdom. Make it pretty by decorating it. The intention behind it, is to create a direct connection with your ancestors.

If you work with spirit, the realm between our world and theirs is almost invisible. Spend some time with them. Ask what is it you’ll have me do? What is it my soul came here to do?

Sit in prayer. Pray for the pain and suffering that is so evident in the world today.

The world does not need more compliancy and turning a blind eye to the atrocities happening all around us. The world needs more love, more peace and more people taking a stand against these forces of darkness.

I will continue to speak my truth, because my voice deserves to be heard. I release the shackles of silence that have kept me trapped in fear as I stand in my power and allow myself to be seen.

And so it is ✨

The solstice portal is open!

Oh how I love a portal, gifted to us by Mother Earth.

Summer Solstice also known as Litha in the Celtic Wheel of the Year is one of my favourite celebrations, but this one is especially magick, I’ll tell you why.

We have the sun at 29 degrees, signifying a completion of a cycle, an ending of an era, letting a part of ourselves die, letting anything in our lives that no longer serves us die in order to make room for the new to come in.

We also have the full moon tomorrow at zero degrees, which basically means a fresh start. So we can utilise this energy to step into a complete new tera.

This is our time to detach from something. This could be a person, this could be a situation, this could even be a perception we have about ourselves.

Now is the time to let it all die, in order to create something new. Use the Full Moon energy to release and clear all that no longer serves you on this new timeline you are stepping in to.

Create a ritual for yourself today to honour this powerful energy;

☀️ Watch the sunset

☀️ Take your crystals outside and let them charge under the sun and also the moon

☀️ Cleanse your space, cleanse your house, cleanse your mind

Spend time reflecting back on all of your accomplishments and all the things you have gone through in this life, showing gratitude for how far you have come in this life time.

Traumatised women have the potential to become the most powerful people in this world.

The most ignorant members of society call this type of woman “damaged.” But she is the most powerful type of woman there is.

What they forget is that survivors have the most dangerous advantage of all - resilience.

When you try and you try but you can never bring a woman down, you’ll know there is no going back.

Don’t fool yourself. You could never defeat her. You never will.

This is the woman who will always rise from the dead; Lady Lazarus, after going through hell and back.

This is the woman who has burned her feet in the flames time and time again and always lives to tell another tale – even if she has to crawl back to life. . . .

When someone tells her, “You can’t do it,” she says, “Watch me.”

She is fiery light birthed out of wintery darkness. Brought into the underworld by Hades, Persephone brings forth spring and rebirth when she reemerges finally from the cold.

She owns her shadows and seamlessly weaves them into the fabric of her freedom, creativity, imagination and independence.

She lived all of her nightmares in high definition. She was given every reason to give up, handed every justification to never believe in herself or anyone.

But there is raw magic in the ways in which she cultivates a faith in herself, to manifest the dreams her soul was meant to bring forth.

Despite it all, she still conquers.

She still survives and thrives.

The “damaged” woman is capable of immense manifestation not just in spite of, but because of the traumas she has gone through.

There is no one more motivated than a woman who has constantly been told what she cannot do or who she cannot be throughout her lifetime.

There is no one more determined to succeed than someone who has nothing left to lose.

The “damaged” woman doesn’t sign up for the hardships of her journey – but she plays the hell out of the cards she’s been dealt.

The “damaged” woman is not damaged at all – she is wounded, and in channeling and healing her wounds, she becomes the source of incredible energy, the site of unbelievable potential for abundance and change.

She possesses the power to use her wounds for the greater good and her highest good.

She builds her own success and becomes her own rugged hero; tends to her own scraped knees.
She uses every stone thrown at her to build the foundation for her empire.

Brick by brick she builds – and despite every attempt to tear her walls down, she rescues herself again and again.

Despite it all, this type of survivor may still face hatred, envy, greed from those around her. . . .

As a result, she becomes the survivor of countless witch hunts, the target of many persecutors. Yet when they try to burn her at the stake, she does what comes naturally: she resurrects herself. . . .

Now when she creates, she creates new worlds and transforms and manifests on a level that cannot be recreated by someone who never had to struggle to survive.

When you hear the voice of a powerful survivor and the will of a warrior – there is nothing you can do but to stop and listen.

She is the voice of a million lifetimes lived.

She is the voice of the hopeless and the powerless when the fire is brought back to their eyes. She is the harbinger of the justice that the voiceless have longed to hear and feel and touch.

Regardless of how much you try and how it may seem, you can never truly bring a survivor like this to her knees; she already knows the value her scars bring.

She knows how to fill the cracks between her wounds with gold.

She knows how to transform each bitter word cast upon her into an iron-clad will that will set her and other caged birds free.

The Equinox portal has opened. But what does this mean? It means Spring is finally here and we we have made it through the darkest months of the year!

Spring Equinox also referred to as Ostara in the Celtic Wheel of the Year, is when both night and day are equal, bringing more balance and harmony into our lives.

It is also marks the beginning of the astrological new year. As we step into the fiery season of Aries and leave the dreamy season of Pisces, we can feel the fire returning in our bellies. We feel more passion in our daily pursuits. When I think of Aries I think fire starter, and that is the energy at play this week!

What dreams do you wish to pursue this year?

“To love me long term is to attend a thousand funerals of the person I used to be”

I saw this quote today and it resonated so very deeply.

As a womben devoted to her own inner work and evolution, I often feel as though I cannot keep up with myself. As I continue to evolve, naturally my work and home life does too.

How this man keeps up with me I’ll never know 😂 But I am so grateful that he does.

Things are having a little glow up here at Sacred Magick HQ. It’s time for change!
