It's important to commemorate the earthly lives of your close friends & loved ones in ways that have meaning to you.
Please be reassured that all of your kind thoughts, love, and good wishes reach them as they settle into their new life in the Next World.

So, wish them light, love, happiness, and ease as they are welcomed home 🙏

I am pleased to tell you that, contrary to what some organised religions would like to have you believe, God and Spirit did not cease communicating with humanity 2500 years ago. It is because of this and our God-given sensitivities that mediums like myself not only have access to a wealth of knowledge handed down to us from those who came before, but have added our own experiences of the Next World and those resident, therein, to this treasure trove. We are therefore able to bring comfort and upliftment based firmly in well-tested knowledge and fact that others are sadly unable to offer the bereaved, sick, & lonely.
When well-trained, ethically sound and spirit-connected mediums make contact with the Next World, we are able to 'see' (clairvoyantly- 'clear'/psychic or inner sight of the minds eye) much more than simply the people there. We are able to receive images, sensations, and knowledge of life in the Hereafter. The earth life is but one silk thread in the tapestry of your eternal life. Here are some things you may or may not know about life in Spirit:

✨️The Next World is as solid to the Spirit people as this one is to you.
✨️You will have a body that is a perfect facsimile of the one you have now, only without any of the ailments, pain, or degeneration of the physical body.
✨️Where a bond of love existed between persons on the earth, that bond will magnetise together those same people in the Next Life. Love is stronger than so-called, physical 'death'.
✨️You already have a home there that you spend time in when your astral form is loosened during your sleep state.
✨️People in Spirit generally choose to appear younger (an age where they felt their best) after a while on the Other Side.
✨️Travel is instantaneous & via thought. No transport necessary!
✨️You will be shown the ropes by friends and family whilst you acclimatise yourself to life there.
✨️You are able to receive the thoughts of loved ones still on earth.
✨️You will be reunited with your beloved pets, too! All animals have souls.
✨️No one else (including God) will judge you. You will review your own actions and learn from your own mistakes & successes.
✨️Progress is always open to everyone and help is on hand for you to learn anything you wish- particularly those skills you hadn't the time or money to learn whilst on the earth.

🪞✨️Helping to Make the dreaded Mirror Work easy-peasy!

'Mirror Work' is a therapeutic, self-help technique made famous by the wonderful, international best selling author, founder of Hay House Publishing and teacher, Louise Hay.

She studied under some of the great Science of Mind teachers after accidently attending a meeting (is there any such thing as an 'accident'?) she wasn't going to attend. This led to her publishing her own pamphlet, 'The Little Blue Book' which later became a worldwide bestseller.

Louise Hay credited Mirror Work with being one of the best ways to cultivate a deep sense of self-approval and self-acceptance. She believed that although most of our hang ups and self-limiting beliefs come from our own repetition of the critical voices of parents, teachers and carers, we are ultimately able to change them through befriending our self, and offering ourselves kindness, understanding and acceptance. In order to do this successfully, she taught her clients and attendees at her work-shops, to work with a pocket mirror and their own reflection.

♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Mirror Work Tips:🪞

♥️Think 'Self Like' not 'Self Love'.
It can be difficult for us to think of loving ourselves as most of us grew up associating self love with 'self centredness' and narcissism. Mirror Work is NOT the act of a self agrandising narcissist. It is the healing journey of a wounded inner child, who wishes to befriend themselves.

♥️ Start small.
I have found that a good way to start is to be spontaneous. If you catch your own reflection in a kettle, window or other reflective surface, smile at yourself, meet your own gaze or give yourself a sassy little wink! Inject a little fun. I recently heard of a woman who, upon seeing her reflection says in her head 'M'lady' 😁.

♥️ Begin with the little things.
Pick a feature you like, your eyes, your hair, your lips...whatever it is, pay yourself a compliment. 'Great eyes'. 'Beautiful hair'. 'Gorgeous lips!'
We are not looking to compliment material things such as make up, clothes, jewelery etc. Your focus should be YOU!

♥️ Start where you are.
The object of Mirror Work is the OPPOSITE of the usual trope; 'I'll wait until I'm better/thinner/richer/more successful/feel good.......blah, blah, blah.'
You need to accept and approve of yourself RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Otherwise, we are still relying on external, far off factors to be ready ie 'worthy' enough of our own approval. Not necessary.

♥️ Start Pocket Sized.
You can begin, as Louise Hay did, with a pocket mirror (in fact, she often gifted friends and clients pocket mirrors inscribed with the words 'I Love You' as reminders to love themselves). For some people, using a full length mirror may, at first, seem overwhelming, difficult and distracting.

♥️L👀k into My Eyes
Making eye contact with yourself is at the centre of this practice. It might be that you just practice that at first. For 10 seconds. Then, gradually and always, with KINDNESS, extend that time. REMEMBER: the critical inner voice will undoubtedly rear it's ever-so-ugly head when you begin. That is the voice that has been learned and ingrained. You do not need to ignore it, push it away nor take it seriously. Acknowledge it, name it, and then go back to your exercise. This time is not to be spent pulling yourself apart, inflicting more pain, disgust or criticism on yourself.

♥️Got to Feel (some of) it to Heal It
Friendly heads up - at some point, you will feel stupid looking at yourself in a mirror and being nice to you. We all have a great deal of social conditioning that has been layered up like plaque on enamel, over years and years. Mirror Work is NOT a quick fix, it's where the tough & tearful work of healing gets done. If at ANY point you feel that you are having enotional/physical flashbacks, are getting stuck in Flight/Fright/Freeze/Fawn or retraumatising yourself, please STOP ✋️ and work with a qualified therapist to delve deeper in a safe setting.

♥️Forgiveness Works...eventually.
When you are ready, you can add words to your practice. Meeting your gaze, say 'I forgive you.' These 3 words are some of the most powerful and liberating you will ever speak to yourself. Other affirmations that are wonderfully therapeutic are:

'You are safe now.'
'You are amazing.'
'I approve of you.'
'I accept you as you are.'
'You have a good heart.'

(Try out different words. The right ones will usually make you cry at first, that's where 'X' marks the spot, where the treasure is buried.)

♥️Little & Often
You don't need to tackle the biggest issues first or spend hours and hours, staring yourself out.
Much to my families annoyance, I use a glass pen to write my affirmations on mirrors in our house. Every time I pass one, I try to remember to pause, make eye contact and show myself a little kindness or repeat an affirmation.

*PLEASE REMEMBER, the object of Mirror Work isn't to fall in love with your own reflection.
It is to offer yourself some unconditional friendliness, a little more kindness or respect than usual. Whereas you might normally see your reflection and jump straight into 'not good enough' or 'unacceptable' mode and critique your appearance, the object here is to befriend your self. To begin to treat yourself as you would a dear friend or loved one, to give yourself what others were unable to give you. To meet and approve of yourself NOW, in this moment,.

It isn't easy, but it IS possible. Give it a try 🙏

Affirmations are soooooo yesterday! 😆

Actually, they're NOT.

When we repeat positive affirmations that affirm the life we want in THIS VERY MOMENT (without using future tense or contradiction), we are rewriting our neural pathways.

That is why using affirmations, repeating them frequently, and trusting in the outcome is so powerful.

✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
'But they've never worked for me!'

✨️Did you word them correctly?
✨️Did you repeat them often?
✨️Did you trust in the outcome?
✨️Did you tell others what you were doing?
✨️Did you practice in easy times & difficult moments?
✨️Did you understand your innate wholeness & perfection?
✨️Did you consistently practice gratitude?

🩷 Affirmation is always POSITIVE & sounds like:
'I Am ....' NOT 'I will...' 'Can I..?' 'No more...' 'This, not that.'
🩷 'I Am' statements connect you directly to your state of perfection; your Self, Soul, Divinty.
🩷Repetition is KEY. Your beliefs are only your beliefs because they are the thoughts that you repeated often enough that they became believable.
🩷 Trust in the natural goodness of Life/Source/God is important. You don't have to wait to see proof to know that Life is always supporting you and working out in your favor.
🩷 Transforming yourself (and your own life) is no one else's business! Resist the urge to talk about it, particularly with those skeptical souls who ALWAYS know better!
🩷 Although we often start self care practices when everything else seems to have failed, it's important to also practice affirmations in the quiet, easy moments, too. This is reinforcement and is essential!
🩷 You are whole and perfect and need nothing. Affirmations strip us back to the recognition of our innate perfection in this very moment. We are not asking for, begging, or adding ANYTHING.
🩷 Gratitude is the cherry on top. The little red bow that ties your practice together. Be grateful for everything that you already have, and the mirror 🪞 that is the Universal Intelligence will reflect much more back to you, to be grateful for. Simple.

(*If you are neurodivergent/have a mental health diagnosis, your brain may be hard wired differently & this may not work for you. Please do what your therapist or practitioner advises. 🙏)

I'm so excited to teach the 'Heal Your Life' Wellness Workshop on Saturday 18th of April 2026 😊

This will be a lovely 2 hour exploration based on the incredible work of best-selling international author and the 'Queen of Affirmations', Louise Hay.

Louise Hay was a really incredible woman who lived what she taught. She passed away in 2017 at the age of 90, in California, but her legacy and teaching goes on and on. Her methods of teaching and beliefs were shaped by her own struggles, problems, and life-threatening diagnosis, which culminated in her brilliance as a teacher and writer. It was her first-hand experience of using her own teachings to change her life and heal from a past that included abuse, trauma, and the breakdown of an unhappy marriage that made her so unique. What she taught others was not some abstract theory, but her own core, tried and tested practical exercises that she wished to share with others.

In doing so, she has helped shape and heal millions of lives across the world.

I have also had proof of the validity and potency of what Louise taught and have been a fan of hers for many years. Where others taught that we have to struggle to succeed in life, to heal from past wounds and negative thought patterns, Louise firmly believed (and demonstrated) that 'your power is in the present moment', always.

It is not necessary to have any prior knowledge of Louise Hay's works to attend the workshop - this will be a great place to be introduced to her ideas AND be guided through some very practical exercises and practices to make her teachings work for you. If you are familiar with her teachings, then this is also an opportunity to come together with a supportive and friendly group and brush up on what your existing knowledge!

We will be using our time together to shape an individual and bespoke plan and set of tools that you will continue to use in the weeks and months that follow the workshop, and I will also provide you with print outs to take home and assist in your journey.

If you would like any further information or wish to book your place, please visit www.soul-growth.com and click on 'Events'. (Follow the link on that page).

I look forward to seeing you there 🙏

✨️You Need to Hear This Today🙏

The act of forgiveness is profound.

Moreover, if I wish to be forgiven for past & future mistakes, then I reason that I must also extend that to others.

All others.

I don't get to decide who is redeemable and who is not (no person nor g/God does.)
If forgiveness does not exist for one, it does not exist for any.

And this presents a very natural human struggle within us which has culminated in the idea of 'evil' as a personification. We feel relieved of our righteous indignation at horrific acts in the world if we can apply a label to someone that states 'they're pure evil.'

But I dont believe that anyone is born that way.
Many become products of their parent's choices and then many of their own.

The thread which runs throughout a life is Personal Responsibility.
The choices we make and actions taken based upon those choices can either lead us closer to goodness or further away from it.
In every moment we choose one way or another. And whilst good and bad are all part of the rich tapestry of life's experiences and should be met as such, if we are so quick to label others as unworthy of redemption, are we not simply, also condeming ourselves?

Whilst it is obvious that returning a library book late does not equate to murder, why are we more or less inclined to forgive some people over others?

Mitigating circumstances? Background? Personality? Likability? Wealth? Power? Celebrity?

Forgiveness does not mean condoning any and every action.
To forgive is to say 'I know that you can and will do better.' The word 'forgive' comes from the root words meaning to 'give away'.

To release grief. To let go of pain. To surrender anger.

We do not just forgive another.
The act of forgiving ('I do not condone your behaviour, but am choosing to no longer be bound by it.') more impotantly, FREES US.

Have you made a mistake in the past that you wish you could undo?
I think that most of us have.
YOU know that you were able to be rehabilitated, changed and became capable of making better decisions.

You are undoubtedly redeemable, and I would argue, so is everyone else.
