We had the pleasure on Saturday holding a womens retreat day for & .coach and some amazing women ✨

The day included a healthy breakfast, fitness workout, pilates and breathwork, an amazing lunch and finally a relaxing 2 hours using our Sauna and Hot Tub.

It was safe to say the incredible women that turned up had an amazing day and definitely left feeling relaxed and refreshed 😌🌿
