I created this short video to document an experiment I’ve been carrying out over the last couple of months. After seeing others try it, I was curious to test it for myself.
In the video, you will see two identical jars of rice that were treated differently through the words and intentions directed towards them. One received words associated with anger and negativity, while the other received words associated with love, gratitude, and kindness.
The results left me reflecting on the energy and frequency we bring into our daily lives, and how the words we choose may influence both our environment and our own wellbeing.

🌊Hey everybody, just letting you know that this Thursday (14th) will be the last session at Redhouse Community Centre for a couple of weeks. 🌿This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and it feels like a good time to remind people that we don’t always need to be “doing” something to be productive, sometimes doing nothing is just what we need in order to reset.

This is one of the reasons I love doing sound baths, to create a peaceful space where people can switch off for a while, with no questions and no expectations. It's a time to listen to what is inside and to allow ourselves to release the stresses of every day life and to just be.
