🌊Hey everybody, just letting you know that this Thursday (14th) will be the last session at Redhouse Community Centre for a couple of weeks. I will be away at Chittaviveka Buddhist Monastery taking the time to strengthen my Dhamma and meditation practice 🧘🏻‍♂️. Sessions will resume as normal on the 4th of June. 🌿This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and it feels like a good time to remind people that we don’t always need to be “doing” something to be productive, sometimes doing nothing is just what we need in order to reset.

This is one of the reasons I love doing sound baths, to create a peaceful space where people can switch off for a while, with no questions and no expectations. It's a time to listen to what is inside and to allow ourselves to release the stresses of every day life and to just be.
