Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid. Anxiety can have a trigger, or you can feel it without a clear cause. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. These can be mild or severe.

You don't have to hit rock bottom before asking for help. Talk to someone. You deserve support before things get unbearable, not after.

With the new school year just around the corner, many children, young people, and families are preparing for new routines and new beginnings. Alongside the excitement, it's also common for this time of year to bring feelings of uncertainty.

We never truly know what someone else might be carrying. Some days we might feel okay, and other days things can feel overwhelming. Stress, anxiety, low mood, or simply trying to manage everything at once can become heavy to carry alone.

You don't have to go through it by yourself. Let's process it together and focus on your wellbeing.

What an incredible day! 🏳️‍🌈✨️ Last Saturday, our team joined over 25,000 people at Swindon & Whiltshire pride, running a stall to promote BeU Swindon and connect with other local professionals and services.

It was fantastic to be part of such a vibrant, welcoming event and to spend the day chatting with the community about who we are and how we can help. 💖

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello... it was a brilliant day all round! 🌈

Last week, our Swindon team swapped the office for the outdoors and got stuck into some hands-on volunteering, helping to clear back encroachment along the Venny footpath.

It's a small effort with a big impact - keeping the path clear and safe for the pedestrians and cyclists who use it every day. There's nothing quite like a day spent giving back to the community we call home... 🥰🌳🚲

A big thank you to Central Swindon North Parish Council for the opportunity!

The team recently rolled up their sleeves to volunteer their time, helping to clear back encroachment along the Venny footpath. It might not sound glamorous, but it makes a real difference - keeping the track clear, safe, and easy to use for the pedestrians and cyclists who rely on it every day.

We're incredibly proud of the whole team for stepping up and putting in the hard work. Being part of the Swindon community means more to us than just being based here... it's about actively contributing, supporting local initiatives, and making our corner of the world just a little bit better.

Moments like this remind us why giving back matters. Well done, team!💪🌿

The summer holidays can bring a mix of emotions. While many people look forward to a break, others may find themselves comparing their summer to others, worrying about the new school year, or feeling pressure to make the most of the time off.

If this sounds familiar, try to show yourself the same kindness you would offer a friend. Tough thoughts are normal and are often a form of self-protection. Your inner self-critic is trying to shield you from harm or embarrassment – but don't let it call the shots on who you are or how you live.

If you’re struggling to overcome difficult thoughts, we’re here to help you. Our support is completely free, all you have to do is get in touch:
