At the heart of all my classes is a wish to offer thoughtful, balanced classes that take us on a journey to feeling stronger, steadier, calmer and more at home in ourselves. I’m excited to create even more ways to support you in your practice.

My hope is that these additions offer more choice across the week — whether you’re looking for movement, challenge, rest, breath, or simply a class that meets you where you are on a given day.

Join a class and become part of our wonderful community, I welcome you to practise with us.

Monday
'Footwork' 6:15pm (45 minutes) – A playful session for the feet - the key to better movement, less pain, and greater freedom starts with our feet. Years of rigid shoes and quick fixes have left many of us stuck in a cycle of discomfort and disease. Foot yoga exists to help break that cycle. Starting May 2026
‘Hatha’ 7:15pm (60 minutes) – A beginner friendly, welcoming way to mix movement into your Monday. Focus is on proper alignment, steady breathing, and holding postures to build strength and flexibility. A fantastic way to reduce stress, improve posture, and find inner calm.
Wednesday
'Bitesize flow' 12:40pm (45 minutes) - A midday reset designed to shake off the morning and recharge your afternoon. Move at a steady rhythm, this is a judgment-free class to listen to your body, not push it.
'Elevate flow' 7pm (60 minutes) - A friendly, energetic class designed for those looking to elevate their current practice. Explore more challenging shapes, building heat and strength, while always emphasising breath and individual choices. Perfect for regular practitioners seeking a mindful challenge.
Thursday
'Footwork' 12:10pm (45 minutes) - A playful session for the feet - the key to better movement, less pain, and greater freedom starts with our feet. Years of rigid shoes and quick fixes have left many of us stuck in a cycle of discomfort and disease. Foot yoga exists to help break that cycle. Starting May 2026
‘Mixed level’ 6:30pm (60 minutes) - Come as you are! Join in for a supportive, welcoming class designed to fit most abilities. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, offering modifications and progressions to make each pose your own. Build strength, increase flexibility, and leave feeling balanced and grounded.
'Meditation/Sound/Breath' 7:45pm (45 minutes) - Each week we'll cover a different modality, with a combo class in between; Guided Meditation (Finding Calm), 3rd Thurs: Sound bath(Deep Rest), 2nd Thurs: Breathwork (Letting Go), 1st and 5th Thurs: The Combo (Full Reset).
Meditation: A gentle guided session designed to help you quiet the mental chatter and reconnect with your inner peace. No experience required—if you can breathe, you can meditate.
Sound Bath: Lie back and be bathed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls and chimes. It’s a passive experience designed to lower stress, allowing your body to move into a deep rest-and-digest state.
Breathwork: Using conscious breathing techniques to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and bring clarity. A powerful yet accessible tool to build resilience.
The Combo Class: A perfect blend of all three! We start with breathwork to clear the mind, move into gentle meditation, and finish with a sound bath for total relaxation.
Friday
'Flow to rest' 5:15pm (60 minutes) - A class designed to help you unstick and unwind. Beginning with 45 minutes of asana (postures) to ease out any stress from the week, ending with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra. This is your chance to turn off your phone, lie down, and ease into your weekend.
Saturday
‘Weekender’ 9:15am (60 minutes) - Come as you are! Join in for a supportive, welcoming class designed to fit most abilities. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, offering modifications and progressions to make each pose your own. TAPAS (heat) - Discipline, the theme of one of last week’s classes:

Tapas (discipline)
Tapas can be translated into ‘discipline’ or ‘unwavering enthusiasm’. This Niyama helps us cultivate a sense of self discipline, passion and courage. Tapas has many meanings and how it’s expressed in you can be different to someone else’s experience, whether it be improved health, a new habit, better concentration, or a different direction in life. But in essence it is our innate wisdom that we sometimes ignore and it’s the fiery passion that feeds our purpose!

Practice at home, keep an equanimous mind & balance the body. A regular practice can help to distract repetitive thoughts, free stale breath from the lungs and release tension in the body.
