One thing I'm really focused on right now is getting a decent amount of fibre in every day.

Another raining morning here today, looks like it's going to rain all day too. Sooner it buggers off the better, I haven't had a proper outside walk for so long cos this weather and dying to get back outside!

I know i could go in the rain, but taking a 2yo who hates the pram, raincover and wants to walk, is not the one in this rain! I'd rather wrestle a hippo if I'm honest 🤣🤣

What i eat in a day for fatloss and todays Steps

I am starving tonight cant lie. But ive managed to resist eating my house and im avoiding doom scrolling for hours so i go to sleep. Sometimes the only way to stay in a calorie deficit is to sleep early 🤣🤣 And whilst i could eat at maintenance I'm so close to my end goals that I don't wanna do that currently as I'm so determined to get to where i want to be.

Calories - 1877/1899
Protein - 115g
Fibre - 24g

B - Coffee and then cappuccino
L - Mexican corn salad, shredded chicken and some Mexican style doritos, half bottle of smoothie & melon.
T - Steak, veggies and garlic & herb soft cheese
S - Coffee & dark chocolate.

I used to have to squeeze myself into a toilet stall when out in public. IYKYK but it was such a struggle to get my body in and out as the door used to literally go into my body.

To now be able to get in and close a door with ease and it not touch me is insane. I still pull my belly in expecting the door to hit me 🤦‍♀️🤣

Don't think I'll ever get used to being in a smaller body.

WIEIAD and steps - Payday so always rubbish food. Although I did plan to cook tea, had planned chicken veggies and potatoes. However i got my steps in super late and time was getting on so ended up getting food as my partner wanted pizza.

But I'll post all my days, even the ones that dont look so good as its consistency over perfection. Not everyday has to be perfect and loaded with fruit and veg.

Calories - 2098/1899
Protein - 106g
Fibre - 11g 😬

B - Coffee and kiwi
L - KFC garlic parm - was actually so gutted it really wasn't nice at all. Genuinely do think my taste buds have changed as McDonald's and kfc just aren't hitting the same anymore.
T - Domino's loaded chicken & veg and 2 cookies.
S - Banana. Coffee. Twiglets.

I had every intention to cook tonight. However i left getting my steps in until the end of the day and it was getting later and later.

My partner wanted pizza (all kids had eaten and are in bed btw not depriving them ha) - So i thought ah sod it ill have dominos too then. But not pizza.

Fully recommend if you haven't tried this.

Chicken and veg and only 160 cals. Its SO good.

Yes I have cookies too lol. But still better than a big full pizza and everything is fine in moderation ♥️
